It also puts Mr Colin in some big sh1t. It does if it's true. If it turns out to be the case then Warnock is a bigger idiot than I thought with comments like 'I'm lucky the ref heard what I said'. Also might fit in with why Gillespie went on the pitch with the intent of doing some damage - was he p...

From the BBC website: Sheffield United boss Neil Warnock faces a 10-match touchline ban after being sent to the stands in Saturday's fiery match against Reading. (Daily Mirror) Shame  For doing what exactly? For getting sent to the stands, you dunce. So how many games do you expect the aggres...

Shame we didn't have a song for DLC - the goal deserved one.

When Tom Hark started I thought that 'De La Cruz' fitted in quite nicely. maybe we can hijack it

I'll add my bit. EVERY keeper makes mistakes. If they were perfect, we wouldn't see any goals. Then we wouldn't go would we..... I think you're missing the point of the thread here pete, we are looking for a perfect keeper - and on that basis alone Marcus needs to be dropped and a replacement broug...

The Goat was fed You know full well that Coppell will take that and stick it to the dressing room wall, as he did with Martin Jol's

"When you lose to a team like Reading you know you're in trouble".

A quote in a paper from a biased supporter? I doubt it.

Can't remember where I saw it but Coppell was quoted recently as saying defence was the priority. The way I read it was 'we're scoring enough goals but we're conceding too many'. Much as I'd like Zamora as an additional striker I can't see any new additions apart from maybe defence.

Re: International Royals

(I know Lita has played for England U21 but he was born in The Congo). In footballing terms that makes him English, which is the relevent nationality to use as this is a footballing thread. Fair point, just realised Oster was born in England, so Lita would be English by the same criteria. So 10 out...

Yeh I know Seol is a frustrating 'lazy' player but he's effective - he can win games. Contrast that with Hunt, full of commitment and effort, but lacking that bit of magic. Which would you prefer? I actually think the team works best when you have a mixture of workhorses and those that can turn a ga...

Coppell to bolster FA Cup line-up

From BBC... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/reading/6247459.stm Reading boss Steve Coppell could strengthen his line-up for the next round of the FA Cup after squeezing past Burnley 3-2 in the third round. Coppell saw his side comprising many fringe-team players go 3-0 up before the...
