If Sidwell gives 100%, he'll have my full support, if he doesn't, he won't.

Saw the new shirt in the flesh, so to speak, for the first time today - god is it awful. Who the hell designed that, looks like a Primary School make a new Reading shirt competition winner.

Hoop Blah's last two paragraphs sum up the concerns many are voicing perfectly. They are reasonable concerns and deserve more of a response than " get behind the club and stop moaning - UURRRZZZ " It doesn't mean we are not 100% behind the team/club, just the we are concerned with the dire...

Just checked our points total and, whilst I would have had enough for the first tranche of Villa tickets, my wife would have been 5 points short had we not bought the Feyernoord tickets.

Which rather illustrates my point.

I wonder how Owusu-Abeyou (sp?) is finding it.

That seemed a strange move to me, I was hoping we might pinch him on a seasons loan.

 if you want to maximise your royalty points in order to stand any chance of getting to the big away games - i.e. Chelsea Man Utd etc, then those 20 are necessary. In order to get them you have to go (or at least pay for a ticket) to watch a pre-season friendly. They'll only be necessary to p...

There's more to it than the lack of signings, it's the latent greed of the club and the players alike. For the first time in history, supply is exceeding demand and the attitude has been tosqueeze every last penny imaginable from the fans. If we'd said that we would use the windfall to clear debt et...

Disappointed by the close season

As we close in on the start of a historic season, I wonder if i'm alone in being disappointed with the way things have gone over the close season. Last season could not have been better and we finished the season on a euphoric high, however, since then, it all appears to have been about money rather...

Sorry guys, shoot me down in flames but I go to watch and support my team, not to collect frigging points! This is not Sainsburys, its Reading FC. 20 points will not make the slightest difference to whether or not you get to see manure or chelski. The game will be sold out long before you are sweat...

Kunts. So, if I go to Villa, Wigan, Sheffield United and West Ham I will have the same number of points as someone who toddles along to a meaningless friendly. Why don't they just drop the whole pretense about Royalty Points rewarding loyalty and just dish points out at the end of the year to peopl...
