Re: TAKEOVER *STILL NOT F***ING* CONFIMRED

I'm being dense - how do we know both Chiron and Couhig are involved? Redwood holdings 1 just has Couhig and his buddies as listed now... Chiron own all the shares in Redwood (if my understanding of that page is correct): link . So Chiron own Redwood (where Couhig has been made a director). Redwood...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

I'm another who became disillusioned with not just Reading, but football generally, after we got promoted the 2nd time; the 05/06 squad kept the friendly approachable ethos that had existed before we hit the big-time and managed to stay grounded in the first 2 seasons in Prem, but once the Russians...

Re: £397K on agents fee

If you're restricted to free transfers I guess that is one of the only incentives you could offer..? I wouldn't say it's particularly large either considering we had 7 players on the books in June.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Lincoln City (h)

I wasn't impressed by Lincoln, they pressed us well for 15 minutes and then ran out of ideas despite looking quite well organised. I thought it was pretty embarrassing for a team 15 unbeaten to resort to play acting, I was expecting better. The away end was silent until the goal and even then it was...

The Mad Stad was absolutely rocking and the atmosphere around the place had a real air of positivity. Let’s hope we continue onwards and upwards.

From Despair To Where? Don't think anyone's ever described our stadium as amazing. In comparison to Dean Court maybe.

It's identikit 90's

Harsh. I love it. Great view of the pitch and some of the best legroom in the 92.

Re: What day will the news break?

Potentially a big week ahead, maybe even make or break. What day this week do you think, official (not waffle on X) news will come out regards the sale of the club? If at all. Read rumours on X on Monday, Given false hope on Tuesday, Dai was moving the goalposts on Wednesday and on Thursday, Friday...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Port Vale (h)

windermereROYAL Happy with the result but a bloody shame the 12 year olds at the top of 1871 embarrassed us again by giving it big to the vale fans who are a credit to their club when the 2nd goal went in.
Cringe.

I can’t say I’m surprised. Unfortunately it seems most clubs have to endure these sort of morons.
