Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

The guy that runs the Sainsburys local at the end of my road put in for an assistant manager job at Savacentre. He didn't get it. There's no way I'm shopping in there again 'til he's gone. The dirty rat. Did he specifically go to his boss and state that he wanted to leave / no longer wanted to be t...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Derby County (h) sponsored by a new hope

This midfield is dreadful. Simple as. Why oh why are we not sorting it out? Mostly anonymous and they all misplace far too many passes, Meyler showed some grit but that is about it. Carry over from last year.

Re: Liam Moore to Brighton

He was promised signings were going to be made and they haven't met his expectations How do you know that? No one should be holding the club to ransom. If he doesn't want to be at Reading then he should go. The last thing we need is players in the squad with their head not right. After last season ...

Re: CONFIMRED - David Meyler

I see alot of people talking about his 'character'. Any specific evidence of this? I look at his twitter and see a fifa playing youtuber engaging with trolls. I google david meyler and character and get stories about Willian psyching him out. https://metro.co.uk/2018/02/16/willian-reveals-got-david-...

Re: CONFIMRED - Dave Edwards

You could have said the same about: Stephen Hunt (when we signed him) What the hell are you talking about? SHunt's first season, he was mainly used as a sub to replace Convey on ~70 minutes. Little & Convey > <Oster & Hunt Wait so we are equating Stephen Hunt, an impact sub for alot of our ...

also, the comments from the panel on BBCRB to have a more visible owner - is that really what people want? An owner who appears in the press all the time and makes the most of their ownership generating PR and profile? literally no interest in hearing from owners. but it certainly wouldn't hold it ...

Re: Team for cardiff

What other options do we have? Blackett is suspended, and I don't think Richards is ready for a game like this. Richards isn't ready for a game like this? Maybe I was watching a different game, but I'm pretty sure the defence that capitulated in embarrassing fashion at the weekend didn't include hi...

Re: Back from the ****

This makes me chuckle. I watched us go down to Div 2, or League 1 if you must, yet apparently most here aren't allowed to comment because we've been lower before, and perhaps didn't see that season. I did. I can tell you this is worse. A lot worse. Top to bottom this club is rotten. I have few Q's f...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Aston Villa (a) sponsored by a night out in the Midlands

That’s Edwards first career sending off. Thanks a lot Dave. I really don’t think he’s up to it at this level. Far too slow. We are really poor in central midfield these days. I hope Clement is more positive on Saturday. Swift is not firing but he remains our best creative outlet.Clement has to star...

Re: Relegation

What makes me laugh is the amount of people that still seemed to think we would be fine a week or two ago... all of the teams below us are much worse etc etc. This team has been heading for relegation for a long time. The performances at the end of last / start of this year were abysmal. I don't act...

Re: Message to Tim Dellor and Konathon Low

To be honest with the exception of the Keegan's "I would love it" interview and possibly a few others that I can't recall, have the media really ever got much out of managers post games. 99.9% are just the usual cliches. I think Tim does his best. If that's his best, then maybe he needs t...

Re: BFTG Wolves

Or 1 win in 17, threatened with relegation and a tough run-in, after spending £15.5m in the transfer window and finishing 3rd last season? Is that not a disaster to you? :? Wolves spent that on a single player. Only 20 as well. The future for Reading is the academy. Be a rocky ride while it takes s...

There's not fight in this team, no one really cares or has the motivation / work rate to turn this season around - been plain to see for a long time and even more so in a game like this.

Regardless of gamesmanship for the 3rd, they could have scored 5 or 6 tonight. What happened against Derby? Conceded sloppy goals. What's happening tonight? Is JS completely incompetent (?)

Re: Thais set sights on Oxford

They’ve been sniffing around Oxford for some months. Would they not have to sell up all their shares with us (fingers crossed) before they can buy Oxford? Apparently not... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/43154066 They must have their eye on something. Clearly all they wanted here was the land.

Re: What was the single biggest mistake we made this season?

Ascotexgunner Giving Stam the bigger contract before waiting for the new season to pan out.

Agreed. Similar to giving Yann an extension before he'd even recovered from his injury. Mismanagement all over the place.
