Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h) sponsored by a Saturday home win

I like Kelly, he keeps the ball moving. Very few decent options on for him today and he hasn't played much recently. I thought his body language wasn't great today. Didn't really seem up for the game, ducked out of some challenges, trudging over to take corners like he didn't want to be there. I'm ...

Re: BFTG Wednesday.

you wonder why people don't post when the second third and fourth post are moaning about the first  What does it matter how somebody rates a performance and a 5 a 6 or a 7, get a life FFS. File these people who debate it under complete and utter twats Look in the mirror you fool! Su...

Re: BFTG Wednesday.

Sorry Hound but it's lurkers like you that prefer to snipe and pick out scores rather than post an entire alternative perspective. If you have a view to debate then post it, don't pick on Wr for having the time and gumption to post a review that remote Royals might appreciate. Wouldn’t say I was a ...

Re: BFTG Wednesday.

Fair summary - wouldn’t barely argue with any of those ratings or write up I’d only say Barrow was worth at least a 7 - even inc the miss (thing he just wrong footed himself - it seemed to just hit his wrong leg). He was our most dangerous player by a distance Also agree on the poster above about Gu...

Re: In or Out?

Yeah I’d be with that. Would give him the season as long as we aren’t in trouble of going down

But wasn’t impressed today at all. Was a backwards step - and yes, some of the issues I thought we’d resolved came back

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h) sponsored by a Saturday home win

There’s still not enough movement up front and the strikers still look rusty as you’d expect. Thought Dadi showed more than Yann actually, and looking forward to him being fully fit I think Barrow is a great player. A real bargain. Bacuna is similar in many ways - always trying to make things happen...

Re: Relegation

Yeah fully accepting the POS won’t happen and prob not relegation either

So just want to be entertained now this season and see some proper foundation for next season, inc finding a top striker

Re: Relegation

We are lucky Burton, Bolton and Birmingham are so bad. We'd be relegation fodder otherwise Yeah, it Hull weren’t shit, Millwall and Barnsley as well, we’d possibly go down TBH I can’t see us going down, not that it makes it in anyway a good season. Beating Barnsley would make me feel a lot more com...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h) sponsored by a Saturday home win

Just coming back. Not a great display, definite regression from forest and even Wolves. Missed a few good chances but couldn’t really get going second half Wednesday were a joyless bunch of cloggers+Barry bannan who is a decent player. Not sure How coming for a 0-0 really helps their cause, esp cons...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h) sponsored by a Saturday home win

I don’t think it’s criticism of Bacuna so much as just thinking Richards should be in

Who would people drop for Richards? Edwards I’m assuming?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h) sponsored by a Saturday home win

Would have maybe swapped in Ilori for McShane and Richards for possibly Edwards but not going to moan too much. Looks ok otherwise, now just need to play well (obvs)

Sutekh Is there anyone out there who actually does not dislike any of Reading's squad?

I wouldn't say I dislike anyone. Thats different to thinking Beerens shouldn't be in the starting 11 though

Re: BFTG -Bolton

Really is no point taking any notice of what a manager says about the game Yeah I’m sure you are right. I just find his particular brand of bullshit particularly irritating. And not playing with a striker. And playing utterly shite football. And for persisting in playing Roy Beerens. And despite ha...

Re: BFTG -Bolton

Really is no point taking any notice of what a manager says about the game They are nearly always covering their own arse, their players arses (who they have prob been bawling at 5 mins before) or just saying what the press want to hear What manager is actually interesting to listen to? And tbh, eve...

thats not true. Our form after Christmas last year was exceptional despite some poor signings.
