Harold
Wycombe Royal Murty was today spotted by someone I work with at a petrol station on crutches unable to put any weight on the injured foot. Doesn't sound like he will be fit by the weekend.

I saw Murty today and he was on crutches and had a cast on his left leg.

Did he use the worm for fishing?

I would never have guessed that you work at a petrol station with someone on crutches and who put any weight on their foot :...

Can it say "sausages"? If so you will be guaranteed many hours of prime time television.

Glad to see the post is back on track :) It was getting far to sensible THing is does Sidwell play better when he is in the comfort of a contract or when he has a new contract to play for? I think the former rather than the latter. If we want the best from him we should sort out his job concerns.

Hasn't he always said this though? It's just another non-story surely. What he really means is, "I want Reading to come back and pay me what I'm demanding. I don't care who I play for as long as they pay me." Which, IMHO, is fair enough. We all want the best for ourselves and our families...

unlike the pain of watching Reading lose 1-0 to a scrappy match with a fluke deflection goal. I thought this was a reference to the Chelsea game? ps watched both games on SKY. It was The adrenaline was there (unlike yesterday), but the taste was more bitter especially the next day with Moron's comm...

I disagree with Uke. (Putting the distasteful goalkeeper injuries and the aftermath aside) I far preferred the Chelsea game. Why? Because we rattled Chelsea, deserved a draw, lost by only one (lucky deflected) goal and generally gave a great account of ourselves on live national TV (not MOTD, becau...

But it was a strange pain, unlike the pain of watching Reading lose 1-0 to a scrappy match with a fluke deflection goal.

Still painful, but in a different class

http://images.thesun.co.uk/picture/0,,2006490068,00.jpg WATCH IT . . . Jens Lehmann warns Reading’s Stephen Hunt It's a real shame that Hunt's got to put up with nonsense like this. He needs protection from this as goalkeepers get away with that sort of challenge too often

Still buzzing from the match. Terry Henry was amazing. He seemed to run effortlessly with the ball. It was like a ballet dancer (with a ball). His movement and pace will certainly be something Doyle and Long (as well as the defence) will look and learn from. Perhaps having this pasting early on is a...

Marcus knows full well what his failings are Unfortunately to go 1-0 down so quick and then keep you head up while Arsenal ran the defence ragged isn't exactly easy. Rather than Marcus being at fault I think we really were shown how much we miss Murty and Kitson. More telling aws that Lita never got...
