I am hearing that Dai wants to convert the SCL into a dog racing track and a speedway stadium. Also , he’s planning to build a mini Las Vegas on the land around the stadium as he wants his own casino.

The last 2 tweets from the club have been another reminder about the mini season tickets, along with the fan store being open over Easter. I appreciate this is just marketing, but it’s the usual rinse repeat comms/process whenever we’re supposedly close to exclusivity. I am just waiting for the talk...

I really appreciate what SCL and other sponsors have done this year, but it does allow more procrastination. 7 days ago, my working assumption was we'd either have exclusivity and funding, or we'd be in arrears with HMRC which would mean 2 points deducted and a step closer to the endgame. Earnshaw is back from his holiday tomorrow so it’ll be interesting to see if he has any further updates about the pretend takeover.

On another note, I see over £1,300 has been raised for the Ruben flag, so we might get to see that for the last two home games.

No exclusivity announcement and the season will end with confirmation that takeover talks have collapsed. Whether we can start the 2024/25 season will become a hot topic on HNA.

I hope more than anything I am wrong, but I think we’ll get to 2 April with no news. The club will go silent apart from the usual tweets from admin and in the middle of April news will slowly filter out confirming that takeover talks have collapsed. I don’t trust Dai to sell the club.

As short term as it may be, I think we are mostly all on the same page - if whatever group comes in passes the low bar tests and then just keeps us ticking over and invests, wisely, in the team/club then fine.
