Re: The squad in July

That's a frighteningly small squad. We need to boost that with several academy grads and make several signings. The summer wont be dull, that's for sure.

Re: New manager rumours and speculation

Ryan Mason is an intriguing one. He says he's ready to manage Spurs (he isn't), but he seems to be itching to become a manager in his own right.

They’ll come down with all of that lovely parachute payment money. One less relegation place that will be filled….and one more that we would've…….probably….likely…….looking on the bright side  SSN claimed at the weekend that some of their players don't have wage reduction clauses, so Everton ...

Re: Season Tickets 23/24

Needle Seeing that Kia was at the game yesterday gives me pause for thought.

100% yes if Bowen can convince me he's got no influence - starting with a Kia free managerial appointment.

Well if Kia was there, he clearly still has a say in something, and that isn't good for us. FFS!

Re: Mark Bowen

I'd like to know who appointed Ince as manager and why ISTR an article at the time stating that Ince was friends with Dai and Ince came in to do him a favour - hence why when Bowen (the hired football man) went to the owner (who hasn't a fcuking clue how to run a football club and has two folded fo...

But I think what's underneath it, and the way the car park is built on vented landfill that still creates methane, makes it permanently unsuitable for residential development. But the Thai's got planning permission to build flats on it. Permission for the plans was granted in April 2017. https://i2...

Re: Will we go down, yes or no?

I'm not really feeling anything about relegation tbh. The last few years with this embargo and poor handling of the penalties by the EFL have just drained me, coupled with bad owner after bad owner. As long as there's no embargo next season and we can start over and enjoy watching a new side form, a...

Also I don't think Potter was entirely at fault at Chelsea there  And no team should ever employ Frank lampard as manager again... awful awful manager 8 June 2023 - "Reading Football Club are delighted to welcome Frank Lampard to the Select Car Leasing Stadium on a 3 year contract as Head...

Four defeats in a row for Lampard, doing a great job as interim Manager. That owner of theirs is fcuking them over big time with £600m spent this season on long-term contracts. That'll catch up with them in a season or two when they can't spend much due to whats already allocated against these sign...

And Boyce-Clark looks the bollocks in goal. Huge talent. If we don't give him a go, he'll be off for pennies.

Hoilett isn't being offered a new contract which im surprised at as although he does have his off days I've always thought he puts in a shift https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FugrfzRXgAY1Du5?format=jpg&name=large Can imagine there being interest in Lumley from lower end Championship sides so would h...

Re: Relegation

But, we can make more use of Academy kids as it won't be such a great step up for them, hopefully. This is what I'm hoping for. We need a rebuild and we have the likes of Ehib' and Clarke who look handy strikers for that level. Abrefa at right back and some promising lads in midfield. This will get...

Re: Royal Elm Park - A Missed Opportunity?

One that's gone quiet for a while now. There's one thing that keeps irking on my mind about this development. Didn't the Thai's say the club would benefit from this financially with a constant income stream when it's built? I never like pointing the finger to someone who gave us the most successful...

Gerrard has been seen at Forest's last two games...

Re: Season Tickets 23/24

I'm thinking about getting one again. It doesn't bother me what level we're playing at.

If we remain under this soul destroying embargo, I wont though. It literally leaves us with nothing to look forward to. We can't even enjoy the rebuilding of a new side.

Re: Will relegation hurt you?

Do people really think Dai is likely to walk away and fold a Company that owes him 140m? That he would bother to finally allow the semblance of a structure to form at the club then run for the hills at the first set-back? With relegation we are probably, realistically as close to the PL as we would...

We've got one win in us, and that's most likely Wigan. Praying the fake hoops lose their remaining games and we get that win.

C1871 allocation increased for Wigan. If you can't get in, get in Y25/26 and increase the noise. We need that place rocking for this one.
