Re: DARREN O'DEA

He will be a starter for celtic in the future, and a captain. He is on loan till Jan Although its always nice to have a talented player at Reading on the flip side it almost seems like a pretty pointless excersise. By the sounds of things this wont ever turn into a loan 2 buy move if all goes well,...

Re: New signings

Great signing IMHO and it's great that for once Reading got in with the first announcement of a confirmed signing on transfer deadline day (well, it was the second one to be exact, but close enough). :D

Don't think it'll be the last either - here's hoping....

Re: When Pardew banned me from the training ground

Speaking personally, I have nothing but the utmost respect for Pards; he did what he believed was the best thing for his players, and I didn't have a problem with that at all. Even when he left, the vast majority of my anger was directed towards West Ham rather than Pards. I wish him all the best a...

Re: Barnsley v Reading - What the "Papers" say.

Two things that stand out from that report that concern me: The win is Brendan Rodgers' first league victory in charge of Reading, who move up to 17th, while Barnsley remain rooted to the bottom of the table, with just one point from their opening five games and without a home win since March. Us m...

Re: Witam Pana Grzegorza Rasiaka!

It Is What It Is Ooooo, Rasiaka is pronounced as RASH-AK... thanks to fifa09 for that one, you learn something new every day

In that case, maybe his chant should be something along the lines of "Rashak... Rashak, Rashak, Rashak", to the same tune as "Attack.. Attack, Attack, Attack"?

Re: Barnsley - back from the game

Hmm... is this evidence of another new tactic from Buck's "World Class Model" approach? According to the match report on the OS, after a corner hit the crossbar, Rasiak was "ready to bounce at the back post".

'There', prick...please learn to spell like most others on here. Other than that, the content's drivel. Hey, Oxo cube. One could say the same about the formating of your sentances and the way you have constructed your ill thought out grammer. Actually my crumbling Oxo friend, what part of my sentan...

Re: The Tommy Smith Transfer Failure Thread

Well to put this into some sort of perspective, Smith has a medical with Reading on Monday, it takes us 24 hours to iron out a contract for him and then Pompey come in. He goes to Pompey for a medical today (news on if he passed it, or it actually happened?) and still they don't have a signature. T...

Re: The Tommy Smith Transfer Failure Thread

This thread will easily make 100 pages. quote] Seemed to have stalled somewhat - can we burn this thread and create the Tommy Smith ashes at the end of it in some symbolic way? Excellent, and keep the ashes in a little urn? Maybe we could play Watford every two years in a 5-game test? The team who ...
