Re: Norwich game

Really think the club will struggle to shift these tickets with the prospect of us moving back into Tier 3 on the morning of the match, yes I know it`s unlikely to affect us but you try telling that to fans that are buying tickets. Think they will fly out and be sold out today. is the next tier dec...

Re: Rival Watch

Well I made an early season prediction that Kiefer Moore would turn out bang average and he's making me look silly so I'm going to double down and say he will turn shit soon. When he does Cardiff will tail off. ha, why would you do that? He is clearly a decent player - actually would be a great bac...

Old Man Andrews Can see Cardiff being right up there.

Re: Injury watch 2020/21

Anyone got an idea when Puscas is back? I’d much rather see him come off the bench tomorrow. Baldock will get bullied by Brum. If he has a hernia, I expect it will be another couple of months at least. Depends if it needs surgery I think. Could be before Christmas if not was the suggestion from Pauno

Re: Rival Watch

CountryRoyal God the TB is dull at the mo it’s either baby AE talking about BLM or laughably and ironically talking about how Forest aren’t a big club by pages of discussing them and their European history.

Well come up with something interesting then rather than just moaning again

Re: Rival Watch

You know what you'll get from Cardiff. Tried and tested formula, I don't think they have the overall quality to really challenge though. Some decent players there though for the system - Morrison, Moore and Wilson all good players in this div

Hendo
Hound wouldnt rule out Arsenal considering their current state

Only if he wanted to stay in the Championship next season!! Amirite?!

lolz. though I think WBA, Sheff Utd, and one of Burnley, Fulham or Brighton have that wrapped up

Re: Rival Watch

We stand together linking arms then we take the knee while wearing our rainbow laces and kick it out badges before holding a minute silence for Maradona. All a bit much isnt it? the maradona bit yeah. The rest no. its a tiny price to pay for some of the shite that black/gay people have had to put u...

Re: Rival Watch

I do wonder if the knee is the right gesture. I'm 100% supportive of any attempts to get rid of discrimination in the game and the wider society, but do see some of the BLM politics isn't particularly appealing. I do really like the idea of an anti discrimination message before each game, it brings ...

Re: Back from the actual game

there was a U23 game last year where someone absolutely clattered him after doing something like that. think he got sent off or something I didn't think the step overs were particularly showboating tbh. A little bit maybe. IT was hardly pulling up his socks etc It was definitely showboating. Countl...

NewCorkSeth
Hound I expect McIntyre could do a similar job to Holmes at LB. He is left footed isnt he?

But I don't think I'd particularly fancy 4 Cbs in the back 4. Almost Pulis style

He quite possibly could. Seems a bit slower than Holmes though.

on the evidence of PNE, yeah.

Re: Injury watch 2020/21

you can swap him for anyone in that midfield tbh, he is such a good all round and intelligent player. And I'll think he'll thrive in this team. The thought of him coming off the bench instead of Aluko is heartening as well, but I'll reckon he'll rotate with Olise, Ejaria and to a lesser extent Meite...

Re: Injury watch 2020/21

it`s being reported that Swift is very near to fitness. https://twitter.com/EddieRFC7/status/1336015319895314434 Obviously excellent news but how does he fit in ? Is he going to improve the starting X1 or does he just give us a stronger bench ? Great problem to have, would be brilliant to see him b...

Re: Rinomhota and Laurent - differences and similarities

yeah I scanned through whoscored similarly recently to check both their stats. I was interested especially to see just whether Laurent had been as good as I was thinking or whether it was a bit of bias. But he rates very highly - nearly a '7' in a difficult position to score very highly. Rated about...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Birmingham City (h) sponsored by an utter shambles

yep, Holmes will be a good CB. He reminds me a bit of Cooper in an attacking sense - really attacks those set pieces well. But he is good with the ball and pretty quick as well. Definitely one to watch and a nice surprise as I think many had written him off/forgotten about him inc myself Yep looking...

Re: Back from the actual game

I would argue that this is the most creative Reading team ever, even more so than in 05/06. They are an absolute pleasure to watch, and though - because of their relative youth - they will screw up now and then, that is a price worth paying to watch genuine talent wearing the hoops. Wouldn’t go to ...
