Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Next tie Dai Yongge wants to get involved with football he can give me £200m and I'll teach him how to play FIFA or Football Manager The training ground investment was the only sound advice he was given, Could have worked out alot differently if he'd appointed a CEO with the right experience at thi...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

On the training ground point, didn't Wycombe initially express an interest around November? Which is about the same time Dai moved the goalposts on Genevra. Contrary to trying to save us, is it their owner's fault that this ordeal isn't all over already? We could have Abbey tied down for a 3 year co...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Isn't this pissing in the wind a bit by STAR? As I see it, we're rescued or fcuked and raising amounts in the £10ks will barely make a difference. Am I missing a nuance or middle ground? Perhaps that this is the difference between 2 points or not even if a takeover happens?

In other big news, the Gov has finally pulled its finger out and the Football Governance Bill is getting an airing on Tuesday. Too late for us, but regulator in coming. oxf*rd you PL. Just means this takeover is massive for us. If it all goes tits up for the incoming owners, we'll be protected by t...

https://twitter.com/james_e1871 Understand MULTIPLE meetings took place today between interested parties and Mr Dai’s people. All sides left ‘very positive’. Senior staff confident of decision/movement in the next 24-48 hours. Still asking around for more details of the questions raised, but I'm le...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Akande played one game on my FM24 save due to an injury crisis and scored a hat trick. Didn't play him again though, his stats were rubbish and my coach said he was a non league player.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

From Despair To Where? And it's only cost him circa £200m. Done very well for himself.

Plus what he paid in 2017 - don't have the figure to hand.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

It's been painful, but if Dai can get over £30m or so I'll have to grudgingly admit he's done well for himself by being such a difficult bastard. I think Kieran Maguire suggested we're worth about £20m.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

WYR, I reckon you’ll be having a street party if/when the takeover happens. Won't we all? I literally thought we were going to extinct last week. Shame I'm not local any more, but I can definitely get down on Good Friday to join the party. I’ll definitely be getting hammered once It’s all confirmed...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

This German guy has announced some incoherent nonsense on Twitter. Another attention seeker. I wonder how many time wasters there have been in private.

If I was a Wycombe fan I'd be pleased with today's development. Forget our own situation, it didn't make sense from their perspective and just felt off.

Re: Embargos, HMRC Payment defaults, non payment of wages, the usual under Dai Wrongge

I think it's fair that Bearwood falling through has thrown off Pang's funding plans. Presumably the plan now is exclusivity this week and loans provided by the buyer. I believe HMRC is due this week, but that will be lower than the wage bill. Perhaps ticket sales and efforts from the commercial team...

Looks like not today then. For the record I was the solitary vote for this week, going with Tuesday. Any sweepstake prize?

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

It shouldn't block any sale of the club/stadium to any potential owner as the club don't own the training ground any more due to Dai's shiftiness, so club is just a name. Now Dai could try and throw that in and muck things up with the alleged deal but if this is all as people expect, Dai has a very...

Love him or hate him, trust him or not but Huang Kad has just posted a picture of a corner flag. One of those situations where you don't trust the account but know it has been right on more than one occasion (wrong on others) and hope this is one more occasion where it is right. Typical that he'll ...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

MouldyRoyal Couhig suggesting on Twitter this was his plan all along which is either A-grade copium or some top tier 4D chess

I think none of this would have been public knowledge without the Athletic's article. Perhaps they were at relatively early stages. Whoever leaked threw a massive spanner in the works.
