Still no sign of vouchers in SWL. Where they sent 2nd class?

Not much chance to turn around for receipt on the 12th

R5 Live post-match was full of references of the imporatnce to teams like Leeds, Brum making a good start - as Reading were so fast out of the blocks and never looked back......... except of course we lost the first game

My son is part of a party of SWL sea scouts currently at the Dutch national seascout camp, Nawaka, near Arnhem (6,000 of them; a dibbing and a dobbing). Given the wacky  comments of the Dutch fans on here can I expect him to come back traumatised, or more likely bored? I think your son will b...

Cox - 5th striker?

With no Doyle/Kitson, he is down as one of 3 strikers tonight.

I've not seen enough of him to know if he can break through like Long. His couple of goals pre-season have been impressive, but I've not seen his overall play.
What do you think?

Not been to a pre-season since Newcastle. Always dull football and only went then because of a Geordie audit partner who wanted to take his son...who was bored to tears too!

RIP ELM Park Although it's not directly his responsibility I would suggest emailing Boyd Butler, he's always dealt with any queries I've had in the past very well.

Failing that Nick Ive will print almost anything about RFC and it dosn't matter if it's not true!

Agree with that.

Platypuss You can send in the discount voucher with an order from any time up to the 12th so you would still be able to get the discount.

Re all the negative comments - I seem to recall similar outbursts last year (sleeves, tone of blue, blue shorts etc..). They've had a go at addressing the first two points, but the off-set style is obviously too trendy/ challenging for the average inhabitant of this site. £5 discount is at least a ...

I can't understand why anybody's getting so hot under the collar over this one. As Dirk has rightly pointed out, there would be a total outcry if RFC started giving away replica shirts. I'm one of the club's biggest critics when it comes to marketing but there really is nothing to see here. I can't...

I find it unbelieveable you can criticise the club for giving something away for free. Would you rather we sign one less player this year or give all the kids a replica shirt. The money has to come from somewhere. As a full paying adult I'm getting pretty much f*ck all for my £550 except for access...

You've been the victim of clever spin by Boyd and his merry men. They made a big thing about how the 7s would get a free Reading shirt. Lots of people, including myself, assumed this meant the hoops and applauded this generous and forward thinking initiative. Truth is they never said it would be a ...

Always thought this was a great innitiative as any child's allegiences are usually formed by the age of 8, and what better way than to have them walking around in an RFC shirt. Well that's what I thought. My little one now qualifies, so I've down loaded the form only to find its not the hoops they a...
