Cut it out. It's a point away from home in a poor game. Good.

Hope all this pisstaking of Watford never comes back to haunt us. It was embarrassing at Newcastle and that did come back to haunt us (ps mind you our support up there was excellent apart from that).

URZ.

Don't bother with the Champions League, the Lux participant never gets past the preliminary preliminary preliminary round.

So you're comparing United reserves with Reading reserves? Now that really is laughable. Hang on. You just said we put out a "woeful" team. We lost. 4-3. At Liverpool. Man U "reserves" won at Crewe (old Third Division). Last minute of extra time. Penalties could have seen your o...

while I'm at it, I'd say least popular teams amongst RFC fans are:

1. Chelsea (very recent phenomenon, but heartfelt)
2. Wolves (bad experience with fans)
3. Aldershot etc, see above post.

Oxford and Swindon cos they are local! Aldershot can't be our rivals cos we haven't played them since they went bust. but Wycombe are far closer than Swindon and no-one cares about them, Spacey. Oxford would put us second, Swindon probably third or fourth, after Oxford and the Bristol clubs (there ...

I've taken this over as the other lad is having internet problems. Want to add one more question: (Go with me on this) Swindon and playing Oxford in the FA Cup Final - to what effort would you go to avoid being near a TV? to put the record straight, Oxford and Swindon are local but are not our riva...

Gunnarsson

I reckon he's underused this season. I'd have him in midfield for away games (maybe for Convey). He scores, he tackles, he defends.

Just what we need.

Release Bobby on "weaker" sides at the Madstad. But I'd still try and find a place for BG.

Gordons Cumming I think the whole experience against Arsenal may have made other teams underestimate us again.

Hopefully.

Uke unlike the pain of watching Reading lose 1-0 to a scrappy match with a fluke deflection goal.

I thought this was a reference to the Chelsea game?

ps watched both games on SKY.

I disagree with Uke. (Putting the distasteful goalkeeper injuries and the aftermath aside) I far preferred the Chelsea game. Why? Because we rattled Chelsea, deserved a draw, lost by only one (lucky deflected) goal and generally gave a great account of ourselves on live national TV (not MOTD, becaus...

And you think of yourself as a football fan?

yes I do. A very partisan one, I admit.

I have no doubt about how brilliant Arsenal were yesterday, but I did not enjoy seeing them pissing on us. At all.

If I supported Arsenal as well as Reading then I would have been far happier.

As for Arsenal, thats the best display of attacking, team football I ever have seen against a Reading side. Its a shame more fans didn't stay until the end to clap both teams off the field and acknowledge Arsenal's peformance. You are joking. No it's not a shame. Yes Arsenal were very very good and...

no. But there are many "Arsenal Royals" on this Board (one for sure on this thread) who will have been at least partly happy with today.

GG is, of course, exempt as she is a genuine Gooner.
