Re: The Non - League thread

Expect Bracknell to welcome the wheat from the chaff of best players  The Secretary (Treasurer?) Rob Challis has also resigned, but that happened last week. Long serving Chairman Bob Bacon stepped down last year. All sounds a bit “dodgy”. Sorry I meant Challis, you're right he isn't the chair...

Re: The Non - League thread

The FA have announced that they will introduce a points deduction across all levels of grass roots football from the start of the 2023/24 season for teams if their players or coaches commit repeated offences of serious misconduct. About time to !!! Singh Sabha will presumably be starting next seaso...

Re: The Non - League thread

Did think their 2nd looked offside though but hey you just knew with all Bracknell's huffing and puffing that Truro were just biding their time Good to see the Truro lads had been on the cider all the way up, especially the fat lad who tumbled onto the pitch SLP-S PO Bracknell Town 2-3 Truro City[i]...

Re: The Non - League thread

Sandhurst win the division and are promoted having won 1-0 last evening with Berks County only able to draw 3-3. Will be interesting next season down at Bottom Meadow with the pitch being switched to 3G during the close season Bracknell's faster passing game may benefit and it'll be good for Sandhu...

Hoilett isn't being offered a new contract which im surprised at as although he does have his off days I've always thought he puts in a shift https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FugrfzRXgAY1Du5?format=jpg&name=large Can imagine there being interest in Lumley from lower end Championship sides so would ho...

Re: Football team demises

Sad to see both Torquay and Yeovil on the freefall
Obviously Torquay have been dicing with relegation over the seasons but always had a soft spot for the West Country teams
That and the fact I remember the Torquay badge being so bad but looking so good on Helen Chamberlains arse

Re: Moving away fans to Upper West Corner

Would love having home fans behind both goals but the small percentage being moved from the Upper West if relocated behind the goal wouldn't make an impact on the 2000 empty seats Club 1871 works because everyone sits together and builds the atmosphere in a small space, open the South Stand up and su...

At the end of the day if you stand in Reading station any Saturday morning early you'll see shirts of nearly every London club and a fair few other clubs who are either travelling away or getting ready for a day up in London before the match As mentioned there's always our hardcore 10,000 and obviou...
