Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a)

Still effectively 7pts off the drop due to goal difference so not much damage done.

Re: Giant Ruben flag...

windermereROYAL Quite a big bugger, 40 ft by 40ft, wonder where it will be displayed? I remember the huge number 13 flag that used to go the length of the east stand before games, can`t see that happening again.

If I had to guess, maybe it will go around 1871

Re: #SellBeforeWeDai (to someone fit and proper)“ supporters action group

windermereROYAL So what happens to tonight`s protest with the breaking news?

I think it's still poignant and I'd be disappointed if we stopped the "Football has an Ownership Problem" message just because our own ownership situation might be reaching a conclusion.

Stranded WE HAVE EXCLUSIVITY.

THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I repeat THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Amazing. Lots of distance to run, Dai is a cnut, all the usual disclaimers. But this is bloody excellent news!

Especially that the training ground is part of the package, that is a big commitment, especially in League One.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

If we're no closer to a takeover come the end of the season and comfortably safe, I'd love to see the Blackpool game disrupted, good chance they'll be in a fight for a play-off place so might even be on TV, would be a chaotic situation for the EFL to have to deal with and to be relegated they'd lit...

Re: Wycombe will be culpable.

I always thought we'd be too big to go under but I'm now starting to think we have too much baggage and no prospective owner wants to take that on with the sale of the training ground making us even more unattractive.

Re: Wycombe will be culpable.

When Reading bought Kevin Doyle for £60k, and then bought out the remaining clauses in the contract from Cork for a pittance when they were about to go out of business, and it was obvious to everyone that he was worth multiple millions, were we culpable? Yes i suppose. But we still did it. With you...

Re: Sign this to stop Dai Yongge selling Bearwood to Wycombe

I think the only way we can feasibly keep Bearwood at this point is if some wealthy good Samaritan who perhaps has a soft spot for the club gazzumps the deal and then rents it to the club until it can be sold to hopefully the new owner.

Don't think it'll happen though.

Re: Embargos, HMRC Payment defaults, non payment of wages, the usual under Dai Wrongge

What I don't understand about this £1m shortfall is the following: Why does it magically stop becoming a problem next month? We knew Dai's commitment to the club at the start of the season, why didn't we budget better? How in the world can we be £1m short this month? I was under the impression we ha...
