Wycombe: i did see that - but what has come from it?? ok maybe there's 'talks' going on about 250 spaces at courages - but nothing is definate yet is it. Even if they do manage to secure courages that still leaves alot less spaces than before. When did this actually get found out by RFC. That link ...

I have just been on Kumb for something to do and see their reaction to West Hams result last night. Apparently they are currently banning fans for standing as well although they are only giving out 2 match bans ATM. So it may be that directions have been sent down from up high. STAR is it worth put...

M4 Junction 11 There should be a way to appeal and STAR should be there to help the fans.

There is an appeal procedure and the club is happy for STAR to be involved but do those banned want us involved? Not had any requests yet!

Re: Are STAR going to do anything to help those banned?

Throwing objects and fighting, definite banning offences. No-one wants to see this behaviour. Agreed. Instant season-long ban. Any further instances should result in a lifetime ban. From what I was told on Sunday that is the reason for the banning orders. If anyone thinks they have been wrongly ban...

Who gave these @rseholes, that can be randomly shipped in on any given game to steward us, the right and power to ban people when they feel like it? They don't care about the team and they don't care why people might want to stand and be vocal. They couldn't give a toss whether they are right or wr...

Also, why aren't you allowed to bring bottles with lids on into the stadium, I had two bottles of lucozade with me on sunday and the steward checking my bag to both the lids of which meant I had to drink them straight away. They do this at alot of stadiums, it's to stop people using a bottle cap (o...

There are some good ideas in this thread and on the what would you like to see in the new concourses? thread. Has anyone sent any feedback to the club ? There are also some comments on the BBC Berkshire website . I will be filling in the questionnaire this week, but EVERYONE with an opinion should....

HP wont be using the site but the car park will still be there. Why can't anyone just park for free? Because they believe they will have to continue to pay business rates if it is used so they intend to close the site completely. As mentioned elsewhere RFC have been trying to get RBC to waive any r...

Is there a demand for another stewards forum? No. I went along to one of these some time back and they were oh so very different in their conduct and attitude on that ocassion than they are on matchdays when they are inconsistent, fussy and unhelpful. The attitude towards paying spectators is gener...

Where are these cars going to go? There is nowhere that can accomodate them and no suggestion of public transport improving. The club and the council can't just sit on their hands and see what happens because all hell's going to break loose in Whitley and right along the A33 where cars will end up ...

Becuase the club have to pay the Police to be at our games, so they would prefer to hire Stewards than Police as the Stewards are probably cheaper. That is true, as well as the fact that a police presence does not seem to dampen problems but increase them. The club has worked hard to keep the numbe...

Oi, there's one in Leeds! But I don't think that qualifies as needing bus services targetted at areas of existing supporters - the reason for the map. I recall them saying that they have also plotted all ST holders living within 100 metres of a bus stop to identify which bus routes could be ...

They're trying their best but clearly there are leasons that need to be learned before there is a serious incident. It would be a good touch for STAR to get involved here and check with the club what is planned. I got a phone call from a fellow board member and a personal account from Handbags but ...

So what was discussed at the meeting? That several Reading supporters will be receiving banning orders and will be shown the CCTV evidence that the order is based on and asked why they behaved like that. The orders will be appealable but will be for the rest of the season if enforced. Do not forget...

STAR I feel that you should push for an official supporters club bar / headquaters incorprated into one of the new stands. The Jazz cafe is ok but not really good enough / big enough. Proper old school supporters club for STAR members. I was tempted to reply with a 'Gosh never thought of that' :D Y...

Will it be visible from all of the new seats? I'd have thought that, if the front of the roof is at the same height as it is now and the scoreboard is moved up and back from its current position, then some of the higher seats in the North Stand wouldn't be able to see it. Presumably, don't forget t...
