For your project, Why not concentrate on one season as a sample and make the model suitable for expansion should the customer wish to include prior seasons. If you have time, extend it to 5 seasons etc etc

PS - Look at Football Manager for inspiration

Have there been any indications that the player will want to join Reading?

Obviously playing in the prem will be a factor and I imagine wages will be at least on par with his current salary.

This information already exists on a number of websites. I suggest you contact the site owners and ask permission to 'borrow' their content. If the project involves creating a website then you may find some resistance unless you gaurantee it won't be a rival site. Strap has a great RFC stats databas...

A guy who sits near me got a lifetime ban after singing a song about dog eating as Soel warmed up on the sidelines. RFC classsed dog eating songs as racism. I understand the fan in question is going to be allowed back this season on a special licence, but he missed out all the remaining games last s...

Dirk Gently You'd need the whole of Asia to join in with that for it to have a real effect.
What's the time difference between the UK and Asia? Do they get games live?

Reading’s official website ran a feature to allow fans to vote for an official anthem at the beginning of the campaign. The Proclaimers’ ‘I’m gonna be (500 miles)’ came out top from a list of 10 contenders. However, the song never caught on and it has now been binned from the club’s pre-match routi...
