Re: Gourlay out.

Currently only 1-0 down against Brum. I'm delighted I'm working tonight and am not there, and even more delighted we're losing as it will be one further step towards change. Praying we don't equalise to paper over the cracks! Stam out is a given, but from what I've heard, Gourlay is at the wrong cl...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wigan Athletic (a) sponsored by Nicky Forster

I wouldn't write Meyler off yet, after all I'm sure most of us thought Blackett was done here at the end of last season. However, it would be a massive gamble to just throw him straight back into the starting XI after so long out of the team.

Alex McCarthy capped by England today, does that make him the first Reading academy graduate to be capped by England?

Re: BFTG - Ipshit H

Based on the game today and with the return of McCleary, I would be tempted to bring Gunter back in the side and give Yiadom a rest, allow the Gunter - McCleary partnership to be reforged, also agree about O'Shea, I think we're asking too much of a 37 year old defender, Ilori while not perfect has s...

Re: BFTG - Bristol City

We're in poor form, we have yet to win 2 consecutive games in the league this season so I think it's only natural that our wins don't look very convincing, if we can string some results together, I imagine we'll start looking more comfortable, hopefully this continues with Ipswich on Saturday. Also,...

genome Any truth in the rumour Clement applauded the home fans but blanked the away fans?

It is certainly starting to feel a bit like last spring again when you just expect defeat Would give him the next 2 home games - less than 4 points and it should probably be curtains Absolutely agree, Bristol City aren't in great form but their recent wins have come against struggling teams, I wond...

Disgusting we allowed Hull to get Elphick after we signed a 37 year old . fuming But Hull are shit? And above us in the table and winning today... which make us.........? They're playing Bolton ffs. I know the classic response will be "well they beat us" but they were in good form then wi...
