Re: Fulham (A) Match Thread Sponsored by The Championship

To get their first win under Adkins maybe. Reading showed that they cared more than Fulham throughut the game From a quick glance at the table, it appears that Fulham can still be relegated. They could finish anywhere from 9th -18th so maybe they did have something to play for. As for "Reading...

Re: We are down. So next season who stays and who goes?

I think we need a couple of strikers. Pog may leave, Hunt will be off, ALF is out of favour and Church is just Church. Blackman will probs stay though

Re: Fulham (A) Match Thread Sponsored by The Championship

The performance was better but your all getting too excited. Fulham had absouletly nothing to play for. Perhaps we will become very good but people are getting too excited over one game

Re: Fulham (A) Predictions The Wake Party

0-0

Another boring game where mccarthy makes a couple of decent saves and we look toothless in attack

"Some players just don't bounce around tigger style all game like Karacan, they have a more energy conserving or languid style. 9 times out of 10 if someone's criticising a player for looking disinterested, not only are they being clueless about football, but they don't understand English eith...

Re: Le Fondre vs Pogrebnyak

Pog's had so few chances. When he has had sight of goal he's been awesome (except that time he tried to hit the moon in Newcastle). Feed him and he'll score. It's Pog for me. Surely you can't be serious? He's scored 5 league goals this season. People go on about how great a finisher he is, but 5 go...

Re: Rumour - Le Fondre To West Brom

Cobi
Ian Royal
SPARTA Also Blackman seems to be favoured ahead of Hunt right now, so the chances of Hunt getting a new deal?

favoured out wide.

He starts out wide but goes in the centre during the game. God knows how he's a striker, his shooting is awful

Re: Le Fondre vs Pogrebnyak

Pog doesn't look bothered half the time. Alf has only been proven off the bench so it's a hard one but if we could have one I would choose Pog as he has more genuine quality. I think your a little wrong mate, sometimes I agree he does look tired and not bothered but other times he works his socks o...

Re: Le Fondre vs Pogrebnyak

Difficult one. Both in the Championship playing together would destroy Championship defences. On their own up front, Pogs. 4-4-2 they both would need a good assist striker next to them, like Hunt/Roberts. I think next season it would have to be ALF, prolific goal scorer, proven striker at that leve...

Re: QPR (H) Match Thread, sponsored by the wooden spoon

How Blackman gets in the team is a joke. Based on today, he won't even be good enough for the champ That's rubbish. He'll be fine in the championship and probably one of our better players eventually. Or are you the utter idiot who spent the whole game lambasting him from about Row Y in Y25? What's...

Re: BFTG v QPR

One of the most boring games I've ever seen. Mccarthy 6- Not much to do but shouldn't have come out when Bothroyd was one on one. Gunter 7- Solid and got forward well. Mapps 6-Solid Morrison 6- Read mapps Kelly 7- Read Gunter Jem 8- Much much better today Guthrie 8- Played well, got good vision Gmac...

Re: RUMOUR: Le Fondre to Leeds

Where are Leeds going to find the £3 million minimum it'll take to prize him out of Hammond's vice like grip? Why would he go to Leeds where he'll arguably have less chance of getting promoted than he would here, where a lot of his competition is likely to be gone and we could well revert to 4-4-2 ...

Re: Jay Tabb... What next?

Don't need him, he's been better than Ledge this season but Tabb isn't suited to the Championship whereas Ledge is.
