I thought Graham Poll reffed the United game really well on Saturday and Halsey handled the Blades game brilliantly when Gillespie went mental.

Let's hope that he belatedly gets around to handing out Riggott a red card for the challenge on Kits. I hope Kitson points out just how long he took to return to the team after that tackle!

As long as he doesn't belatedly award Boro that goal they had incorrectly chalked off for offside..............

That was the linesman's fault, so he has no error to correct on that one. <Phew!>

He knows Boro should have got a red card at the Madejski so if the opportunity presents itself again perhaps he wont be too shy showing it this time.

He wasn't so bad. Basically Boro just about edged it, maybe another day we could have got a point. Can't blame the ref for this one.

I agree. He took the conservative option on Arca's highly dubious obstruction of Little in the box, and seemed to be evening up for that when he allowed Lita to bully three Boro players at once a few seconds later. Otherwise he didn't seem too bad. Overturned his incompetent linos except int he one case that really mattered.
