Below is how each broadcaster gets there choices and into which respective package. Looks complicated and it's getting beyond a joke considering the fixtures have been out for 2-3 weeks now, we are still nowhere nearer finding out dates and times.

A (Sky)
23 first-choice matches shown at 4.00 pm on Sundays

B (Sky)
23 second-choice matches shown at 1.30pm on Sundays

C (Setanta)
23 third-choice matches shown at 8.00 pm on Mondays

D (Setanta)
8 second-choice matches + 15 fourth-choice matches shown at 5.15pm on Saturdays

E (Sky)
5 first-choice matches shown + 9 third-choice matches + 9 fourth-choice matches shown at 12.45pm on Saturdays

F (Sky)
10 first-choice matches + 7 second-choice matches + 6 third-choice matches in midweek and bank holidays, Saturdays (12.45pm) and Sundays (4.00pm)

This really is verging on an outrage.

If, as the Club site indicates, it ends up taking the full 14 days from today that may be required to get this situation sorted and make an announcement, then we'll be three and one-half short weeks from the curtain-raiser.

A bunch of crapola, in particular for ticketholders who may be otherwise committed, depending on where the fixtures land. Anyway, here's that breakdown again, presented full-size:

This is just pure speculation, and if it so happens to match the genuine fixtures, purely coincidental:

Sat 11 August - Man United v Reading, 17:15
Tue 14 August - Reading v Chelsea, 20:00
Sun 7 October - Reading v Derby, 16:00
Mon 5 November - Fulham v Reading, 20.05
Sun 11 November - Reading v Arsenal, 16:00
Sat 8 December - Reading v Liverpool, 12.45
Sat 29 December - Tottenham v Reading, 17:15

All other fixtures Sat 15:00.

Seven live matches by the end of the year?

I doubt it.

I bloody hope not - they already ruined one all-dayer in London last year by moving the Spurs game and could have been two if I hadn't managed to wangle working from home the day after Charlton...

Its on the F365 forum - someone knows someone who knows etc. Has the full listing of all games up to 1st Jan, though it stresses they haven't been finalised or confirmed.

I didn't think they were going beyond the end Nov.

From the first five you have listed you've got one fixture and kick off time correct. I obviously can't tell you which one. :D

Salford Royal Sat 11 August - Man United v Reading, 17:15

Given Sky have Wolves v Watford at 17:20 on that day, this one is obviously v. doubtful.

Although I am figuring on it being moved to the Sunday.

I'm convinced it'll be the 12.15 kick-off on the Saturday unless Setanta have it as their first 5.15 ko.

As mentioned, 5:15 games will be on Setanta, not Sky. Though again, in anticipation of being shot down in a week or so, this does not mean that these fixtures are correct.

I doubt Setanta will clash a live match with Sky, even though it a Championship/Premiership clash.

No not sky, but I have mate who has been working quite closely with the negotiations. See my post on Monday for clues.

Sorry about the cloak and dagger business but I wouldn't want him to get into trouble by passing on what he told me in confidence.

Why not? What have Sky got to lose? There will be more televised matches than ever before, and there will be plenty of Sentanta 5:15 kick offs. I don't think its beyond reason for Sky to show matches at the same time as Setanta to try and limit subscriptions to a rival channel. Its not like they have always played fair in the past.

I have no inside information, but I though I'd read that the 'packages' bought by Sky and Setanta were limited to the time slots they could use. Although, as you say, the fact that it's a Championship game could mean that Sky can flex their muscle again - particularly if the EPL game is, say Wigan vs Fulham (apologies to the relevant fans, just the first two to come to mind)

Well we'll just have to wait and see. I just can't see them clashing live matches.

They won't, the corporations that place adverts and sponsorship would never let it happen

They'll certainly be no clash of Premiership games but it wouldn't surprise me if they put FL games up against a Prem game on a Saturday evening.
