the saviour

by friday fan » 29 Sep 2009 13:18

I'm going out on a limb here but what we need is goals and the transfer window is now closed, so before I get slated, what about an offer for Viduka, out of contract and I know wages are or will be a problem but at what price would we pay for wins at the moment - open for discussion???

In a word, no.

Look what happened when we signed Sir Les. Or the Goat. And Viduka's wage demands would be sick.

For the love of God nooo! I'm not as fat, not Australian, not as expensive and more readily available! Probably about as good a bet too!

Well, seeing as he sayed he wants to move back to Oz to live, I don't think sunny Reading is going to sway his decision...

On a pay-per-play basis .. a big yes.

(Although, tbh, I think I'd even have Sir Les back right now).
