Pearce will need to play well.

In fact, if Bryn is fit, I wouldn't mind seeing Stretch at left back and Harte tried at centre half. The latter can't be any slower than Pearce but his experience might give him the edge whilst reducing the risk involved with him taking left side corners.

A tough game for both sides with all results very possible. A win would be fantastic and narrow defeat no disaster.

It remains outrageous that not only will Zurab be unavailable tonight but there was no form of appeal available to us. This says everything about why calls for "respect" fall on many deaf ears.

2 - 1 to Reading
Pearce header from a Harte corner and McAnuff with an easy tap-in after Kebe skins 4 Tractor Boys and slides the ball over to Jobi

0-3

We are weak at right back and centre half, plus will have a guy in centre mid who hasn't played for over a year playing his second game in 4 days. Oh, and our forwards are poor for this division.

If Ipswich are half decent away, which they appear to be, they'll win comfortably.

1-1

Two teams with some strengths but other weaknesses ultimately cancelling one another out.

FWIW I don't consider Ipswich a bogey team: I remember when we played them at home in our promotion season (think it was October) and we gave them an absolute footballing lesson. It was 2-0 but could have be 6 quite easily. That was when I knew we had a team.

As a result I now always have found memories of Ipswich. This despite the number of crimes against referring I have seen administered when we visit Portman Rd.

The first really decent team to visit the Mad Stad this year, so I fear we'll be exposed (especially Pearce).

Still fancy a draw, so I'll go 2v2.

cant help but stick to my usual negativety.

pearce to be badly exposed (again)

our non existant midfield to be over run (again)

and kebe to (given the man that keane is) probably have both his knees broken as he turns up to the ground.

failing that a draw would do me

Can't see us keeping a clean sheet, so 1 or 2 to Ipswich, but...despite our lack of firepower up front, can see us scoring from elsewhere on the pitch as in recent games plus a surprise goal from one of our mis-firing forwards, so 2 or 3 to Reading.

Hence, score-draw or us to win

Or that 0-0 "hoodoo" will kick in...

2-1 'Ding

Kebé to score again and Harte to score a carbon copy free kick like Saturday. Squeeky bum time at the end, as they score deep in injury time.

Score draw me thinks, 2 - 2 Priskin 39', Mills 45', then Kebe 87' only for Pearce to let Scotland equalise 90+2' :D

Seriously though, difficult game, Ipswich playing well and if Connor Wickham plays, Millsy and Pearce have to be up to it!

I think we'd be more able to get a draw tonight if Khizanisvilli was playing. He's not though. I really see Cummings getting a tough time tonight especially considering this is the toughest game at home so far.

Long and Church speaks for itself, can't see them troubling Ipswich at all.

Avon Royal No idea what the score will be - but I can state with absolute conviction that the Ref will be shit. Always is in games with Ipswich.
