Royal Lady Well, don't sit on the fence squirrel, are you happy with that or would you rather we bought in some more players in January?

= with this bunch, am I happy with watching Tranmere and Crawley Town next season? Go figure.

harryroyal it's obviously not working behind closed doors. I say every player should be publicly whipped in the nude in waterstones. It's a win win, the players get punished and the club gets more money for sending the players off to promote the new fifty shades of grey book.

Royal Lady According to Reading FC on Twitter, Brian said "The players are disappointed because they want to win, but they shouldn't be - these are good times for Reading" - GOOD times? I'd hate to see what he considers to be bad times if that's the case. Brian, god love him, is losing it - and criticising his new chairman on the radio is really NOT doing is prospects of staying in the job too good at the moment.

That was definitely a rattled Brian in that interview and first time this season where he had a dig at the fans!

I hope it is bloody true that we have identified 11 new players because this shower of shite aint gonna help. Disrespectful
Brian to the ones we have got, er don't think so!

Good I am glad he had a dig at the fans. Booing at the end is shameful. Those that did are IMO utter pcunts.

Royal Lady Why am I a "twat" just because my opinion on the state of the playing staff at the moment, doesn't tally with yours. And I'll ask again, how do YOU know what we're playing like, because you gave up on Reading Football Club some years ago now. Throwing insults like you have merely indicates you're losing the argument. 8)

There is no argument. Only right and wrong. And for me, if it isnt clear enough yet, it isn't about what you see, it is about how you support. But then I suppose I am a naturally positive person with a sense of perspective. Others are not so balanced.

Oh and don't give me that old shite about "you never go to games" - this is the age of the Internet and satellite TV so I, and anyone else across the world can see quite enough to make comment about every game played in the PL.

Guess you'll be telling CC and Big Ern that their views aren't welcome next.

Probably a combination of personality, upbringing and circumstance.

Only saw the second half. Roberts and Shorey looked good I thought.

Gunter is going to get better isn't he?

Point closer to Villa than at the start of the day.

Well, Villa lost.

Table is not that good, but please, let's not give up yet ffs.

Some of the comments on the Team Board this season are a disgrace, slagging off our players and management.

RR I'm not sure what this 'perspective' that we're supposed to have is.

Yes, compared to Winchester City FC we're in a pretty decent position. However, we are trying to compete in the Premier League, and games like the one today really are must win games for those teams hoping to get to the 40 point mark especially when you've not won any of the first 9 games.

That's where the frustration lies with me today, we didn't look like a side that really wanted to get the 3 points. At no point did it realistically look like we were going to create the chance that would have won us the game.

Nobody is denying the fantastic job that McD has done over the last 30 months or so, but things aren't good at the moment and I don't think it's particularly reactionary/disloyal/lacking in perspective to say so.

No I won't, because CC and Big Ern are Reading FC fans - you gave up on Reading a long time ago, as you never ceased to tell us. So, quite frankly, your opinion doesn't really matter to me when you start talking about "support". I give my support at the ground, I vent my spleen on here rather than booing or refusing to go to games in a fit of pique.

Yeah big up to you calling an old woman a twat for her opinions on her football team at the current time. Fill your boots.

Royal Lady If those players can't see themselves that they're struggling and realise that there are better players out there who would walk into this team, that's their problem, not ours - we want the best players we can get, managed in the best way we can. Anything else is disrespectful to the fans who pay a lot of money to watch this current shower of shite.

What the hell are you wobbling on about now woman? They know they are not the best footballers available. They, unlike you, have a degree of intelligence when assessing football. They know they are struggling, the table doesn't lie.

You want the best players you can get do you?

And of course you're going to stamp your feet and kick and scream if you don't get them.

And then when we next win a few games, this season or next, you'll be all happy again...

Frankly, I just find that pathetic.

Oh do shut up you nonce.
