Ideal
Divvy I'd rather the club take their time and get the right guy!

Ohhh yeeeaaah, because THAT is the reason now?!? I was clearly mistaken when I thought it was because the guy we wanted TURNED US DOWN, and made us look like CLOWNS.

We've heard "bookies suspending bets" a few times before. As it is an international break, I doubt very much Reading will have been doing anything over the weekend, so nothing will have changed since Friday.

Still say Curbs >>>> Adkins >>>> Poyet (in case no one knew I was a Curbs fan) but this isn't a bad 2nd. Would be delighted if we get him!!

We won't get Adkins. He's my preferred choice and we've never got my preferred choice before. Although admittedly this is probably only the third time I've really been aware enough of managers outside our club and within our reach to have a clear preference. Maybe it'll be third time lucky.

Will be very happy with Adkins, not least because I got him at 8/1 last week 8)

I didn't what Brian to go but given some of the other candidates I would be very happy with Adkins.

Two consecutive promotions, sure not the most charasmatic of managers and I hope he will be given the time it will take to build a new team if he is appointed.

The squad is old and it may take two to three seasons to be in a position to go for promotion again. I wonder if the mob have the patience....

There is enough in this squad to bounce back straight away. Same squad that was four US against arsenal and up against chelsea. Better bunch of players than qpr imho

The bookies, apart from Sky Bet, suspend the market every night

Unless we are after someone who is currently involved in international management, I can't see how that follows at all. I suspect Reading have been very active ove the weekend.
