What a performance. Shame about the fragile defence, but we never waivered, we never doubted and we did the job. You can say Fulham could have had a hatful, but we could also have had a hatful more. honestly that could have and should have been 4-0 or at worst 4-1, shoddy defending kept them in the game, we had almost all of the big chances and we controlled the game. i am so excited about our future with NA, we are playing such good football.

I don't think the vast majority of fans would have at all accepted McD being sacked around December time though, people barely accepted it in March.

No way of testing it. Why do you keep bringing stuff up like this. I could also say that had McD been here we would still be in the prem in great style (having won every game since Adkins took over). This statement is as valid as yours.

If this would have happened we probably wouldn't have won the player and manager of the month in January and wouldn't have won 4 out of the 6 games we have won.

Adkins was so the right choice for this job, in the short time he has been we have moved a huge amount from being a hoof ball side, after all football is a very simple game, just pass it to another team mate and to make it easy all your teamates will wear the same colour shirts !! you cant take away what McDermotts achievements were in getting us into the prem, but was so out of his depth with tactics and managerial experience, and should have been removed earlier.

Agreed, McD did well with the squad we had to get the Prem, but the tactics he used don't work and NA has got his tactics spot on.
