Harpers So Solid Crew No one seems to think Kebe will play then, despite the new contract.

I think he'll definitely play when he's fully fit unless we play 2 up or the other wingers are performing very well.

Kebe had a bit more of a free role this season.... if he is involved?

and it's not a new contract, it was exercising a clause in the old one.

think Drenthe's more likely to get the free role. Or McAnuff even. Kebe does what he wants, and that's play right wing.

Take the massive opportunity we have with HRK to play both a 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 at the same time by playing him in the hole, allowing us to also play Le Fondre given that he will have the support he needs.

It would be sheer madness to not even at least try this out.

timelessclassic Also interested in why Adam Le Fondre is not an automatic first choice player

Because he is massively overrated.

We've tried it before (several times) and it hasn't worked.

Madness is trying the same thing and expecting different results

Oops, sorry - must have missed that, then.

Mind you, might work better with a more passing game. Gives people more opportunity to be fluid in there positions.

Personally - HRK and Kebe, as well as Morrison and Pearce, are on par now. I'd play HRK and Morrison ahead of Kebe and Pearce, just because they're younger and will (hopefully) develop to be better than them.

So? Do you want to fight about it? I'll fucking DO you. DO you like a GIRL. Then you'll be all like "ha ha, you made a common grammatical slip" and I'll be like, "so what, your ARSE HAS PROLAPSED." And you'll be all "yeah, yeah, that's worse actually. Wish my biggest problem was spelling and not this flayed donkey tail hanging out my ringpiece making it difficult to poo." And I'll be like "look, just don't be such a dick next time." and you'll be like "I won't. This rectum thing has really taught me a valuable lesson about friendship" and then He-Man will pat you on the head and say "Good work Orko, running away is never the right thing to do" and Orko will say "but running a bath might be!" and everyone will throw their heads back and laugh for an uncomfortably long amount of time while the camera zooms out slowly to reveal the wider world of Eternia.

SCIAG Adkins preferred Gunter to Shorey or Harte.

Both were turrible!! who do you prefer on the right? Guntz or Kelly?

You know things are bad when fans are showing their best line up, without a striker to be seen :|

With a fit squad based on what I've seen in pre-season:

I'd like
-------------------McCarthy
----Gunter, Mariappa, Pearce, Bridge
--------------Williams Guthrie
--------McCleary--Akpan--Drenthe
--------------------Blackman
or
-------------------McCarthy
----Gunter, Mariappa, Pearce, Bridge
---------------------Guthrie
--------------Karacan---Williams
--------McCleary-------------Drenthe
--------------------Blackman

Bench: Federici, Morrison, Kelly, Karacan/Akpan, McAnuff, Robson-Kanu, Le Fondre

What does that mean for Cummings, Obita, Taylor, Pog and Samuel though?

I'd expect something like
-------------------McCarthy
------Kelly, Morrison, Pearce, Bridge
--------------Karacan Guthrie
-Drenthe--------Robson-Kanu-------McAnuff
--------------------Le Fondre

Bench: Federici, Mariappa, Williams, McCleary, Blackman, Robson-Kanu, Pog

Aware Blackman is banned first game and Williams may be injured.

We really are woeful up front.
