Apart from the first game of the season, the only team to have scored more than 1 goal against us was Everton. (And both those occasions included a goal from a keeper howler!) So what happened today?!!

Seems like we were kinda comfortable at 1-0. scored a 2nd then we caved in. loooks like they thought it was won. once Fulham pulled one back it was game over

Al-Habsi not at fault for any of the goals.

Hector and McShane were genuinely 0/10.

Given we were 2-0 up, occupying 2nd place, with the league's joint lowest goals conceded, I doubt there have been many bigger collapses in recent times.

In a cab on the way home.

What a shambles of a second half. We looked pretty comfortable at 0-0, even more comfortable at 0-1 and then somehow decided to throw it away after our second goal. Had 2 or 3 chances to clear before their first goal, but once that had gone in it looked like we would concede every time they got into our half.

Don't really know what else to add. Not the second half of a promotion chasing team

Livid. Not been this angry after a match for a long while. The worst ten minutes I've seen from a Reading team in recent memory.

Well the entire second half was a shambles but in particular those 10 minutes were inexcusable.

Puts all the more emphasis on the Brighton game next week, win and we'll only be 4 points off top and everything will be looking a lot better.

The only very minor positive today was Brighton dropping 2 pts at home to Preston. We could be down to 8th if Cardiff beat Bristol City on Monday. Piss poor when you remember we were second only last week.

Still there ARE 33 games to go.

Everybody gets pissed off when we lose. but the manner of the defeat is really worrying, we have been praising our strong defence all season. but the last two games have given us very good reasons to be concerned. a very mediocre team in Rotherham had chances to beat us. and today that continued.
Hoping its just a blip. but we have the leaders coming here next week with a 4.000 following, this will be the test of if we really are worthy of a top 6 finish.
Maybe we are not the great team we all thought we were.

It's a minor blip. We are the best team in the league and we also have the strongest squad.

The radio made it sound like the forwards in particular failed to do their defensive work
and were all over the place. Also sounded like both Sa and Piazon were petulant.

They definitely felt the manager was at fault.

Everyone failed at pretty much everything from about 49 minutes on. Second to every loose ball, and losing every 50/50 and 40/60.

Hector and mcshane went from completely in charge to compete shambles in 5 minutes.

Yes, it was the attacker's fault that Fulham walked past our back four 3 times in 6 minutes

/sarcasm

Yes, because only the back four are responsible for defending.

It's a funny old game.

$hit happens.

Be another game soon let's judge them over the whole season to date and not 45 minutes today. After all you could take a 45 minute spell of the best teams in the world and they would look like Sw*ndon.
