Too early to know what the strongest XI is as there are too many unknowns with all the new signings.

Give it 5 to 10 games.

Who would make it into your emotionally strongest eleven?

Right now:
---------------------Al-Habsi--------------------
Gunter---McShane---Cooper-------Obita
----------------------Kuhl-------------------------
------------Swift-----------Quinn---------------
McCleary------Kermogant-------Beerens

Subs: Bond, Keown, Kelly, Williams, Meite, Rakels, Samuel

Best-case scenario, by the end of the season:

---------------------Al-Habsi---------------------
Watson-----Dickie------Hyam--------Obita
------------------------Kuhl-------------------------
--------------Swift----------Evans----------------
Beerens----------Samuel-------------Tanner
Subs: Ward, Keown, Kelly, Quinn, Stacey, Barrett, Mendes
(I don't think for a second that this is what the team will or should look like, but if it did...)

Not saying it's the strongest right now, but if towards the end of the season we found ourselves mid-table / lower mid-table and stringing together a few wins with a team like this I'd be very happy

-----------------Jaakkola
Watson - Moore - McShane - Obita
-------------------Kelly
------------Evans -------Swift
--Meite-------------------------Beerens
------------------Samuel

That would have an average age of 23 with the youth players having a little more experience and time to keep growing together. Fosu waiting in the wings to take over from Beerens in a season or two, McShane with Cooper, Dickie, Hyam or Gravenberch to eventually take over (you'd hope one could do it) and Jaakkola should have a few years in him, but a younger option in time, be that academy or otherwise.

Also having the likes of Barrett, Stacey, Jules to push the squad.

Subsiding that with some experience such as Quinn (although the more I look at the squad, we might have talent but we do seem threadbare on experience - the main loss I see with Norwood is that he had a combination of both, more than talent alone).
