Didn’t follow things that closely but it must have been pretty obvious some dodgy stuff was going on when they were constantly buying players, not filing accounts and selling their stadium for an obscenely overblown sum

With us, and just scanning various message boards etc, we gambled, failed and accepted the beats. Haven’t seen a single whinge from our fans about the deduction. We did wrong and accepted the punishment we knew we were getting. And other fans seem to respect that to an extent

My mate who I play golf with every week hasn't defended the club nor any other fans that he knows.
Theirs is a feeling of disappointment and anger at the owners and the board.

I might be one to stand on my own here, but, even if just for a moment, I was actually enthusiastic when we decided to spend some £15m in the space of a week on players such as Joao, Puscas and Ejaria (taking into account we agreed a £3.5m fee to buy him as part of the loan deal) and I didn't take much notice of the repercussions at the time.

That's just an example I'm giving and I know I've said I might stand on my own when I was loving our lavish spending, but I know for a fact that I wasn't.

If you look at the OMA persona there was a reasonable side and a more spiky side. It was certainly all me in the last 6 months of the accounts existence. You'll have to give me specific examples of things said in order for me to tell you if I said it or not (if you can be bothered). Certainly not claiming to have not said questionable things if thats what you're getting at, definitely went too far sometimes. It's why with the new account I wanted to be clear who it is and be more accountable as it is a user name I use for many different social media.
