Not a huge fan of VAR but sooner or later a team will be relegated or promoted/vice versa because of poor refereeing.

First penalty was harsh but Ince needs to take the blame for that

With the exception of play off finals (and even they come after 48 other games), it's not possible to be relegated or promoted via a single refereeing decision.

It is if it's on the last day of the season

That ignores the performance across the previous 45 games. To blame a result after a whole season on a single referee is just seriously weak shit.

Very true seb. Hope you're well.

My thoughts post Sheff U

PROS
We played better
We conceded fewer
We attacked better

CONS
We didn’t create many more actual chances
Mistakes still cost a goal
We still lost
We started passively again
Ince dropped Mbengue for Dann
Ince subbed off Guiness-Walker who was a threat
Ince played Azeez at wing back to change the game
Ince thought Joao was a good replacement for Long to partner Carroll
Ince brought on Moore for no benefit when looking for a goal and helped make the atmosphere a little more toxic with the boos for him
Ince brought on Casadei for Hendrick when looking for a goal

Ince just isn't a good manager.

I'm losing confidence quickly after that performance. Ince is totally clueless

Agree. Inept tactics and the standard clueless substitutions. Should go now and Bowen in as caretaker pending sourcing the best possible replacement over the summer.

To be fair they were enforced as both Dann and Yiadom were apparently injured.

Absolutely no point keeping Ince, no one wants him here next season, search for a decent manager now so they can see what they want/need for next season

I think we’ll stay up if he stays or not…by virtue of the same reasons as last year…but it can’t go on like this!

They can see what they want/need all they like, the fact is we won't be able to buy anything and will still be tied in to the EFL's rules on spending - we may still be under embargo.

Thought Moore was a huge improvement in defence, nor sure why we gave Sarr a long contract or why playing an infinite number of centre backs is our go to.

Not Ince out yet but bl00dy frustrated.

And he’s too ****** negative, not only with team selection much of the time but also the continual moaning that the squad isn’t good enough and seemingly making the squad feel like they’re only here as there wasn’t anyone better available.
