From Despair To Where? I think the only thing we have clarity on is Smith's journalistic reliability. We'll be signing Yerdar Selzavon from Aberdeen next.

Better him than Yermas Dildo

I'm not so sure. Yermas is quite good in the box.

At this point a transfer embargo is like banning a homeless person from shopping in Harrods.

I'm not expecting the EFL to give us any more punishments that put the future of the club further at risk, not even for the Port Vale match. Maybe some suspended stuff.

Their rules are voted on by all 72 clubs and they have to apply them consistently.

I have sympathy for them; this whole thing is showing they have no real power and are out of their depth. Regulator needed.

Journalism has been dying for a long time, but twitter has really pushed it over the edge. People seem to think journalism is just repeating things they've heard, or read on twitter, these days

But one might suggest when a good journo arrives, it’s easier for them to stand out from the crowd.

Do you consider yourself a journalist? You certainly are first with the news on HNA.

We only really have one dedicated journo now (James Earnshaw), but he doesn't seem to post stories unless he's sure about them. No doubt that he prevents him from being 'early' with scoops, but at least you know they're legitimate.

Charles Watts has gone on to be a published author and well deserved too. He was great as his job and trustworthy.

That is laughable! it will be points deducted or to play behind closed doors, and hopefully prosecution for the individuals involved.

No it won't, don't think any club has been docked points for that sort of pitch invasion, most likely it'll be a suspended sentence about playing behind closed doors if it happens again this season.
