Yep which will guarantee a home draw in the next stage against the runners up in one of the other groups.

The Birmingham game is down for the stadium rather than Bearwood. As one of the few (so far) who have bought a ticket, I'd expect to hear from the club if it has moved.

Reminder the U21s play Birmingham today at the Madejski Stadium at 13:00 today.

Would’ve gone myself, if I wasn’t heading up to Bradford.

Jacob Borgnis has had his loan at Slough extended, with Basil Tuma joining him there:
Borgnis and Basil Join Slough (Reading FC) Royals youngsters head on loan.

Reading Football Club can confirm that Jacob Borgnis' loan at Slough Town has been extended by one month.

The 21-year-old has made five appearances for the Rebels since moving on loan last month, starting each time.

Impressing boss Scott Davies and supporters alike, the midfielder will remain in the National League South until at least the end of January.

We can also confirm that Malta international Basil Tuma will join Borgnis on loan at Arbour Park.

The 20-year-old has made 13 appearances for the first-team since his debut in 2022, but has only played 39 minutes this season across three cameos.

We wish Jacob, Basil and all at Slough Town the best for the remainder of the season.

Good to hear.
