Sutekh Paddy Lane has a tendon injury and has apparently been struggling with his recovery.

Thanks - so could be anything regarding returning I guess.

So along with Paddy Lane we have both Williams's out, Ben Elliott and Kelvin E of the usual first team squad......anyone got any info on any of these?

Chronicle suggesting everyone should be available for selection next weekend.....this is based on twitter comments under the article as I can't read it myself due to paywall.

When Leam Richardson was asked if Abrefa was not available due to fitness or whether it was tactical, he said: "No, it's just competition for places.

"Everybody's available - you've seen how I work and it's important that we get trust, and trust goes both ways. Players to myself and myself to players. I don't take it for granted.

"I've had lads out of the squad who go straight into the team.

"So it's nothing, never personal or anything else. It's for the good of the team, the player. Kelvin could go back in my team and start tomorrow.

"That's how good of a player I think he is and that's how important he is for us."

Looking forward to Rushesha, Lane & Elliott starting at Orient.

Elliott out for the season apparently. Is he out of contract in the summer?

Williams and Lane close. Elliott out for season. Rinomohota back with the group after personal issues (per Berks interview with Dellor).

Good news on Lane, Williams and Rino. We have a very strong looking squad

Elliott - less said about that the better. Almost two complete seasons out with injury

Well I guess that’s one contractural sell on bonus Chelsea won’t be getting.

Real shame about Elliott. To me he showed that if he got a proper run of games that there was a very good player there.

Unfortunately his development was stumped by injury before he got here and it looks like this might be a career defining injury. Can't see him dropping Divisions/Leagues and starting all over again effectively.

Elliott always looked a player with talent, but not application or fitness to me. He'd have runs with 2 rubbish games, 2 good ones, 3 bang average ones and then spend 15 injured.

This season was his time to shine, and he had one or two sub appearances where he was the best player on the pitch, then 3 starts where he did absolutely nothing.

Don't think it was application or fitness as such. Commentators remarked that he'd clearly tried to bulk up in pre-season.

Our best football (subjective I know) for some time was that period where he did get a run of games and he was pretty influential. Because of the injuries he was clearly a player who needed a run of games and the stop/start nature of so much of his time here meant that never really happened.

Nobody's fault as such (you can't forever indulge a player just because you believe they have talent) especially when they're so prone to injury. Just one of those things really. Others may not agree I just think it's a real shame.

Not done yet, though unlikely Reading might extend his deal for another year or two
