Snowflake Royal Clyde1998 I've been advised this was likely a 'nominal fee' with a large sell on percentage.
That would make it a fairly low risk signing, assuming his wages are within a viable limit, although could lead to a similar situation to Savage and Elliott when it comes to potentially selling him in the future.
From a position of complete ignorance, I would guess that 'large sell on clause' in relation to Brizzle is significantly smaller than in relation to Utd for Savage.
I'd guess large in that context is more ~20% than 50%.
I think it would be in between the two.
IIRC, 20% is the default sell on fee most clubs put into their transfers these days - at least for those players not yet at their peak.
