Looking like the club might rack up the yellows this season, actually nice to see in a way as it suggests a lot more fight and spirit about the place. However having players suspended on top of the injuries won’t be fun.

I'm always terrified when I can see that Brogue has just posted and that it might be "Goal"

Great battling display, players putting their bodies on the line for the 3 points. Lovely stuff.

oxf*rd me, thankfully Boro were terrible in front of goal. They had the chances to beat us there and we just gave them the second half. Needed more subs from PInce and why we just sat in our own box and stop playing second half I have no idea.

On the plus side, we'd have lost that last season. Instead we walk off with 3 points in our swag bag.

Stunning block from Clarke late on.

Let's not underplay how much we've improved to have such an 'non-game' as today. We did everything we needed to forced them to create a chance to score.

Great effort, must really be feeling knackered now. Thank god there’s a whole week of nothing before Millwall and thankfully it’s a fairly local game too.

Now just got to turn the away form into something useful.

I'm happy that we won today. I prefer winning to not winning. I'm glad we scored and they didn't because it means we won. Which makes me happy.

That was lucky.

Need these points early because they were blowing out their arses by the end and with no bench that’ll take it’s tole.

Says a lot that we didn’t really play that well and still won, at home, with a clean sheet against a massive bogey team.

3 home wins on the spin. When was the last time we achieved that? We only managed 7 wins at home last season wasn't it. We're nearly half way to that

I thought first half performance was decent and held out shape in the second.

We’ve been bereft of confidence for a long time. It seems to be coming back. One of the things that’s noticeable is our game management. A lot of goals last season were individual errors. We seem to have stamped that out of our game now.
