zac naloen You know, if you could do something about the "andré bikey show" line to make it fit better, that's a great song for him. and original.

The Andre Bikey Show bit works (same syllables and rhythem as the original) the dodgy bit is the reference to a 'cookie' which neither rhymes or makes sense !!!

It's not that, it's that there is no André Bikey show :P, i was thinking fit it in with Reading Fc somehow.

and it's not cookie, kewkey (phonetically)

I.e " You old Cook!!" (kewk)

I read that as "coo-key" and not "cook-ie" - I believe the former is an American expression of some sort....

Don Finch Great signing, gets better every time I see him and his passing is already far better than Sonkos. Like a couple of others have said though, still think his best postion may be holding midfielder but we'll have to wait and see.

He's creepy and he's cooky,
Mysterious and spooky,
He'll break you like a cookie,
The Andre Bikey Show.
Derdler derr......

*ahem*

Sorry ofr that last bit.
No, no. That's the best bit. Can you imagine opposition fans faces when 22k people all terminate a song with a perfectly timed *ahem*? Totally unique. It would certainly shut up Gary and Katie.

I thought line 1 was 'kew - key' as in 'a bit weird'

Line 3 must be 'Cook -ie' as in Yank HobNob otherwise we're using two spellings of the same word !

Nightmare !

Reference to the 'Andre Bikey Show' seems fine, I am sure there are precedents for a match in which one player is outstanding being referred to as 'The person x show'.

I don't think we can have songs where we all have to talk like Northerner's to make them work....

Sorry, you are NOT Joseph...

He's creepy and he's cooky,
Mysterious and spooky,
He'll remind you of a Wookey,
It's a man called Andre Bikey

But really shouldn't any song be....

Spiderman, Spiderman
Does whatever a spider can
Spins a web, any size
Catches forwards, just like flies
Look out! Here comes the Spider-man!

Not only do I think he’s got bags of potential, but I think his attitude is great too. Did you see him celebrate the third goal on Saturday?

He’s on loan, he’s not been in the side for a few weeks and yet, when we get a 90th minute goal he’s grinning like a maniac.

Reasons for Bikey to be cheerful:

- just been told he didn't have to go back to Russia
- just been told he'll take home 10k a week for the next 3 years
- won't need his gun anymore (and Marcus has made him an offer...)
- we scored a goal !
