So? It's still telling them what they could face if found guilty - and the decision hasn't been imparted yet.

So? Basically it's nothing new and was written before the hearing even started.

The usual swinging and the usual missing from the person who puts their 'Royal Lady' forum username on the back of their replica top.

What she says goes....alright?

Although it pains me to say it, you've been the best team this season, winning fairly and squarely.

Congratulations on the Chamionship!!

FYI it wasn't ME who put the name on the shirt - it was a birthday present a few years ago. And I am not in the least surprised that you do not have the balls to come and "out" yourself to me, otherwise, spotting me and not facing up to me is irrelevant.

If the trophy is presented to QPR tomorrow I reckon they are in the clear.

Have to agree with you, the longer it goes on the more I think this is becoming more of a commercial decision rather than possibly the right one.

Well, the presentation stage has just turned up at Loftus Road, so if that aint a sign i dont know what is.

Fine at worst, championship is theirs. Lets all move on.

The people jeering and moaning about the FL are not really thinking this through. They're in a no win situation. If they dock QPR anywhere from 10-15 points they seriously disadvantage the teams that come 4th to 6th; if they take an action guaranteeing no promotion, they run the risk of a very expensive legal battle against an opponent with much deeper pockets and the danger of a judgement against them of tens of millions. I wouldn't want to have to make the decision, and I'd want to be 100% sure I had all my legal ducks in a row if I did have to.

They really shouldn't have left it so late Arch. This should have been dealt with a couple of months ago.

WHY?

Think a bit. Normally QPR would be presented with the trophy tomorrow.

IF the FA/League said, "Can't have it..." that would be the clearest possible
indication that QPR WEREN'T going to be champions, and then we have a
serious problem with the last game as it's vital to Leeds/Forest and maybe Millwall?

AS IT STANDS, WHATEVER THE VERDICT, QPR (at least for the weekend) ARE Champions.

IF they are "relegated" or docked points, that comes AFTER the weekend.

The FA/League is handling this very cleverly IMO.

No, if they had done, and awarded a relegation (for example)
QPR would have had to fight a season to get promotion to the
Prem, just to stay in the Championship.

The moment they were not on target for the top two, they would have
had zero to play for ("already relegated") and they would hardly play
full teams or very seriously.

It's been handled correctly, ensuring competitive football

Not the football league's choice though Pearcey. This is a FA process so the FL are completely caught in the middle trying to make the best of an impossible situation.

BTW
Watford not happy with fake hoops fans on Sat, invading the pitch and trying to have a go at the disabled in the front of Rookery stand,
Damaging cars outside the ground,
Smashing pub windows, showering twin babies with glass.

Total w@nkers deserve to get sent to league 1.

Wycombe Royal So your view is that they are guilty of all 7 charges (5 for QPR and 2 for Paladini) just on the logic that the FA would not have charged them otherwise?

Just because the FA think they are guilty it doesn't mean they actually are and from what I have heard most of their evidence is circumstantial and rather flakey.......

....bit like the evidence against OJ Simpson then....... :D

I'm pissed off with the FA about all of this. By letting it go to the weekend they get to deduct exactly the amount of points they want to ensure QPR's promotion.

Bloody amateurs.

I don't think they dare do that do they? It will look transparent if they do.
