Whilst the issues raised in the open letter are wholly legitimate, it is over long and by demanding he speaks directly to the fans, you have painted yourself into a bit of a corner; what do STAR plan to do if - as is likely - he doesn't address the points raised by directly speaking?
I suspect his view is that he has people to do the communicating on his behalf (Bowen) so don't expect any sort of a direct response from the owner.
