Struggling to break them down. I'd like to see Howard on.

So many half chances though that we never went on with.
Be tragic if we concede late on.

Just keep picking the wrong type of final ball. Need another couple of minute possesion, get the momentum back.

Will be tough now. I can't see us getting a result in Cardif. Our best hope is draw away and then Penalties

We looked to be the better side we just never seriously threatened. We really needed to be up heading to Cardiff, nothing is impossible but it is now much more difficult.

Yep, we missed Kebe.

We play well away from home, especially in the big games.
Everton and Liverpool etc.
Suit us perhaps as slight underdogs reckon we'll take them out at their place.
Wasn't impressed with Mansett though

No Kebe, no chance.

However tonight was McD's fault. His approach after Kanu's injury was bizzare. And as for having no winger on the bench........

Too much hoofball, McAnuff didn't do enough, Long Shackled, Mansett poor, Cardiff shocking time wasting although we'd do it in the same position, predictable result, think we would have won had Kebe been playing. Howard should have been on earlier, just had nobody to put their foot on the ball.

And why didn't Mills throw himself at that one that went across the goal with his head? Only he knows that.

Nobody was prepared to take a risk. Impressed by Burke for Cardiff, think he might be the difference in the next game.

We really looked good at the end the first half. The turning point was when HRK went off early after the restart. All of our chances seemed to evaporate, absolutely no service after that. Best chances we had in the 2nd half were off of corners. We lacked the pace up front and on the wings to stretch/stress their backline. It was just hoofball 'til the end...which Cardiff easily dealt with. They came here to do no worse than a draw which they accomplished. We're not out of it by a long shot I just don't know where the offense will come from if Kebe, and now HRK, are still out for Tuesday. Hopefully we'll keep it scoreless and knick a goal late off a set piece. :|

i was expecting 8 minutes added time..the first stoppage involving their number and HRK took up 4 minutes alone, add to that blatant time wasting sustitutions and more injuries...not your finest day Mr Halsey.
