Last I heard from the club was that Nicky had a viral infection (didn't he haver something strange along those lines before that got into/affected his knee or something) anyway previous to that he was easily our best/most consistent player so find it hard to believe he's being naughty behind the scenes - esp. as his dad's about the place as well!

Sounds like this is bollocks FWIW.
He's recovered from the virus now and trying to get back into the team. Once recovered it takes a little while to get fitness and sharpness back and seems he's pretty much there. Should play v. Sheff U.
