rabidbee
ankeny
rabidbee We've spent more than that just on those four players. What are their wages, what was the cost of training Church and Long through the Academy for several years, what was the loan for for Thor?

Clutching at straws pal

Really?.

yes - in my life of supporting football i've never heard such rubbish from a fan. "The cost of training" just jog on, honestly.

Far too good for him. Should have strung him up at least. Bigger charlatan than Burns.

Ian Royal Yeah, defending isn't our problem at all!!!

Its a problem, but if you've seen the pattern of a large amount of our games this season we've failed to take our chances. forest, scunthorpe, swansea, etc.

Coupled with an iffy defence we are truly shite.

We've scored in 18 of the last 20 games. Three clean sheets and we've probably got 9 more points and are looking much more rosey.

West Stand Flash
sandman
West Stand Flash Rasiak - 300k
Long - 70K
Church - Academy/Free
Thor - Loan

We spent 370k on a strikeforce and people wonder why we cant score goals. This club is a joke.
As long as Egoman is here, this club will only go backwards.

So depressing being a Reading fans its scary.

Ah poor you, your football teams losing (If you are a Reading fan). Depressing and scary is living in Haiti get a sense of perspective.

Am I talking about worldwide disasters, or am I talking about Football (considering this is a fcking football related forum)??
Get some perspective luv.

You remind me of the Bolton player who said losing Coyle was a "tragedy" for Burnley. What's happening is frustrating but if you're depressed and scared by football then you need professional help. I repeat get some perspective and then fcuk of you negative pcunt.

strap Preston doing us a favour at Peterborough. Looks like Peterborough are a lost cause, so we're left with hoping Watford go into Admin, .

How many more times do you all need telling - it ain't going to happen (at least this season). There's about as much chance of it happening as there is of Madejski releasing £3M in this transfer window to sign a decent goalscorer! And, even if it did, we are going to be so many points behind them as to make absolutely no difference whatsoever to our survival prospects.

Most people accept you probably have to score more than 0.95 per game to win more than you lose.

Typical Cardiff - but they lose against Plymouth. Bet they'll lose vs Scunthorpe and all the other teams around us.

If our forwards took some of the pressure off the defence by scoring a bit more frequently, the defence won't be a problem. It's pretty difficult trying to defend '0' all of the time!

Fair point. But utterly irrelevant seeing as we've scored 1.25 a game.

There doesn't appear to be a spacker smillie... damn.
