Good man Tim. Conservative approach, but better than nothing.

Now Pauno is getting butthurt. I HATE HIM.

Snowflake Royal
Ascotexgunner BBCRB checking if we can fire Paunovic. It seems his payoff is 2 mill which we are not allowed to spend as part of FFP.

How can his pay off be £2m with ~5 months on his contract?

That would mean we're paying him about £45k a week! Or wrote in an extra penalty to ourselves for sacking him within contract.

Even we can't possibly be shit enough to give an absolute no mark manager a £45k a week contract for 2 years or a £1.5m sorry you've been shit sacking bonus.

Even if it is you can presumably stick him on gardening leave and ask others to run the team affairs.

He does seem to have rattled Pauno with the question about his position.

Might that be the equivalent of Tim’s Brendan interview?

Blimey, Dellor was brave. Thought Paunovic was gonna lose it there.

Every Reading manager gets shirty at Tim just before they get sacked. It's a sign it's close to happening.

Pauno is no doubt a good hourable man. Very professional. Just not in the right job. Unfair of the owners and the totally anonymous CEO to leave him to hang out to dry. Total cowards.

Be more like 100k p/w. 5 months - 20 weeks.

It won’t be that or anything close
