What's cringeworthy is the apathy tbh. 8 straight defeats and we can't understand why people might invade the pitch for the manager to go!?

Charlton fans put up with six months of total ownership limbo before a peaceful protest that blocked the club's boardroom, and that follows years of bullshit from Roland Duchatelet during which time they've barely survived as a club. Other examples of club supporters' groups leading peaceful pre-game protests against ownerships and trying to force change.
And we're running on the pitch because we've lost a few games.
Classless and pathetic.

Sanguine Sure, there's always this type of fan at a football club - my post was more a response to Millsy's assertion 'well of course fans went on the pitch'. Err, no. We just lost a few football matches. It is silly, entitled stuff - although I guess what we are getting to now is a generation of fans who have only ever known us as a Championship/PL club.

looking at the average age o the supporters in the pictures i would suggest that these lot were of an age where they should remember our div 2 years. most looked to be in their late 30's to 40's
