Come on URZ. Get a goal. Every goal counts against direct opposition.

Worst most ineffective performance I've seen for sometime. This was a triple-play of baddies:

1-demoralizing 6pointer loss
2-Pog out for three important games
3- three to the negative on GD

I'll watch our remaining games with 99.9% certainty we are going down, but as a Yank, I need to get as much as I can get before the "blackout" of next year's C'ship season.

Only one thing to say and if it takes a 3-0 home defeat to learn this lesson today's game will have been worth it:

Pearce MUST start every remaining game if we're to have evn the slightest chance of surviving.

Team selection and favouritisms!

But I hope McDermott then gives the players a frigging rocket as well!

With the other results around us, this result has not relegated us.

The demoralising effect may have done. But we are still only 1 point from safety as things stand.
I'm just gutted that in a game that should've been as important as a playoff game, we havent turned up

Pearce is just a bizarre decision - unless he is carrying a slight niggle.

We have just looked better at the back with the Mapps/Pearce partnership, there's little more needs saying.

Just bizarre.

Hopefully their confidence stays up and they just chalk this up and get on with it.

Wigan deserve the credit, particularly Martinez. If we'd gone away against a relegation rival and thumped them by 3 (more if not for Feds), the great escape would be on and McD would be cited a genius. They'll save themselves - we can't wait much longer for the surge we need to keep us up. Not good enough today.

jellytot WE just deserve to go down. If you lose to Wigan at home then you get what you deserve.

When you let a relegation rival do the double over you, then we deserves to go down.

For persisting with a manager that has the tactical know how of a small turnip, we deserve to go down

For spending peanuts in both transfer windows when it was blatantly obvious we needed quality, we deserve to go down.
