Snowball It’s hard for the ref and Harty has got a mark on his ankle that could have been serious.
Mirror, unattributed
How would the ref know that without getting Harte to take his pigging stocking off?

So - you're now embellishing (at worst) or paraphrasing (at best) someone else's quote to backup your point of view?

Victor Meldrew Presumably after that career-threatening injury Harte will now be out for the rest of the season.
No such luck he'll be there at Vicarage Road out for his normal Saturday afternoon stroll watching everbody else run around until there is afree-kick or a corner.
Great work if you can get it.

If he scores the winning goal he can sh!t in the centre-circle for all I care
I love the way our two top-scorers (Hunt, Harte) get lambasted followed closely by the top assister (Howard)

Snowball Harte hit the bar in my dream 6-1 win at Watford. Does that count?

It's not "embellishing". You acted as if you were too dumb to understand that the quote combined two separate perspectives.
I very kindly explained, by an imagined example, like a father might do to a small child.
Unless you really DO think, Harty took his sock off after the game TO SHOW THE REF.

FFS Snowball, can't you ever accept that not everyone agrees with everything you say all the frigging time? And how about you cut the patronising condescending insults. You are 63? Start behaving like it then instead of like a spoilt brat.

He only got a half today as apparently a strain made him even slower than usual!
In the first half he did produce a superb ball to Long in the lead up to the goal but his dead ball delivery was pretty dire. Armstrong came on and looked far more comfortable as a left back. Afterall, the first requirement in that role is to be able to defend well! Everything else comes as a bonus but is no substitute for defensive ability.

Victor Meldrew So in Snowball's statty world that's a 100% defensive clean sheet record this season when Armstrong has played at left-back.
I doubt that this record will continue for the whole of the remaing part of this season but it is a good start (I see Peterboro shipped another 4 today with Brian's other poor signing playing?).
Welcome back Chris, our no.1 left-back,and hopefully you will make the position your own for the rest of the season and beyond.

I've already praised Stretch and said much the same on another thread.
But he wasn't exactly comfortable for his first 15 minutes
