So we got the 'new manager bounce' even before Pauno left the job!

Good stuff.

been ‘getting away with it’ for at least a dozen years Welsh.
Used to read out local SaturdayLeague ‘park team’ results when BBCBerks were truly local.

Kind’ve got used to her (bit like Dellor) I suppose

Don’t knock it….the alternative is worse

Dellor is hit and miss with me. Some of the things he says grate but I do love it when his voice breaks and goes high pitched at moments of excitement, ie Rino’s late equaliser v Norwich a few years ago.

Would you trade it in for a generic disinterested Sky/BBC commentary tho’?

No?…..nor would I

Rightly or wrongly, did we finally play man marking for set pieces today ?

Ince's/Gilkes'/players decision or Pauno using this game to experiment for the rest of his career?

That’s a highlight for me and junior leon II. The Sky commentators were wnaking on about Norwich’s victory when that goal went in to prove them wrong we were dancing around the kitchen.

Jnr still talks about it. It’s shit like that makes you a proper fan.

I thought it was hilarious. They made the specific point of highlighting that we were man marking at a corner. Preston subsequently scored

We only heard the commentary after the game had finished but Jnr and I were jumping about in his bedroom when we realised Rino had scored. The commentary was as good as Rino’s strike.

On a positive note Joao’s second goal was outstanding, A few more performances from him like that will make a world of difference. Also a nice lay off for Swift’s goal.
Swift getting loads of plaudits in Preston’s messageboard.

Swift's goal was just as good imo. Great move.
