LOL at Warnock trying to break-up our players celebrations on the touch-line after the third goal went in.

BM is a simple manager who takes a sensical approach to the game, a little like Coppell, Rodgers took a technical approach that in the long run probably would have worked, and in my view definately would have worked with the players we lost this season.

In hindsight, Rodgers should never have been anywhere near the job with the players that were obviously going, the simple approach should have been taken and what is happening now proves that.

BonBoh just saw the replay of the Palace goal. Feds was definitely fouled. Palace player put his arm out and clobbered Feds. Then he ran off quickly.. Never intended to play the ball and the goal should not have been allowed. Disgraceful.

I'm sure Colin will be calling for the ref to be banned as well.

We're much improved.
One game at a time, but yeah, so far it's a much needed and required improvement.

I feel a little cheated. For some reason http://www.royals.org was not resolving to hobnob.royals.org and I never thought to just enter the URL directly. I thoroughly missed-out on reading the thread as it happened. Happy nonetheless. :D

Looks like my trip over there in April might be a little happier afterall. :)

Same group of players + Griffin, much better performances and results. What's to complicate about it?

Mags pointed out a couple of weeks ago that BM had a very similar record to BR over the first 7 games or so.

Leafing thru dormant threads can provide seemingly endless entertainment, particularly in view of intervening occurrences

To wit, from three weeks and a day ago ("Palace now in Admin will help Reading's relegation campaign")

Still a third of a season left to finish off, but some real gems in there nonetheless

I always smile at the randomness of the comments. I always lok for the goals going in first then scan the rest. There's always something missed in a live match.

You know when something's happened in a match, because an extra five pages gets added too the thread

either that or some idiot Spamming.
