Extended-Phenotype
blueroyals Who say's it's a transfer? Could be something related to the possible stadium expansion next year. Usually the club tend to push the text message alerts before a signing. Interesting that the official site has quietened down recently - usually we would have interviews with BmcD and Hammond about transfers. Maybe they are in a certain country that likes beer and sausages trying to strike a deal...

Yeah, the forum would super-nova if it was news of stadium expansion.

Yeah - Gylfi or Long would cause a melt down on here

Defoe or Cole - not for me it wouldn't - though it would be great.

Suppose it depends on how you perceive something.

could even be that Matt Mills is re-signing - that would cause meltdown of a different nature with some!

How very silly of me not to be able to infer sarcasm from text alone.

TBF the club would only have to tweet 'big news coming up' for the board to go into meltdown.

Extended-Phenotype If he's right about a signing, and he isn't exaggerating about the reaction, my guess is it could be one of the following:

Gylfi (unlikely)
Defoe
Joe Cole
Long (not really going to be a catalyist for forum meltdown, but I'd be pretty happy).

Snowball would cause a meltdown on his own if it was Schlong! We'd get a billion posts explaining why a snap shot of 15 minutes of football from a particular sample of 13 matches over a 5 year period show that he will in fact score more goals than all other Premier League Strikers combined and help us win the PL, FACup and League Cup all in one season.

If its Matt Mills I will be deleting my account on here getting rid of any connection to the club and possibly buying a season ticket for Swinedon or Oxford

Personally I think the bank holiday should be extended locally, especially if we get rid of Church!!

If there was going to a proper press conference wouldn't Fordham have been dropping hints by now? or will just be a press release on the OS??

Do you think the club actually talk to Fordham? He gets invited at the last second.. No one at the club wishes to repeat the Smith saga.

You forgot the boat race, the grand national, and the eurovision song contest, Ian.
