McShane was pretty quality back when Cooper was here. It's only the last six to nine months where he's completely fallen apart.

He's always been a bit slow and occasionally late, but losing more pace as he's aged at the same time as trying to cope with a disjointed squad and team in freefall has finished him.

It's a shame it didn't work out for Cooper here. But he was gangly, error prone and not suited to Stamball.
